Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.アクリロニトリルおよび不純物を含むアンモ酸化リアクター流出液をクエン チ系において水性クエンチ液体と接触させるアクリロニトリルの精製方法におい て、該クエンチ液体が重量にして5000ppm未満の高沸点有機化合物を含む ことを特徴とする方法。 2.該水性クエンチ液体の少なくとも一部は、上記工程のその後の操作から得ら れるものであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。 3.アクリロニトリルの精製方法において、アクリロニトリルおよび不純物を含 むアンモ酸化リアクター流出液を、クエンチ系において水性クエンチ液体と接触 させ;クエンチ系から流出ガスを除去し、吸収カラムにおいて水中に該流出ガス を吸収させて水溶液を形成させ;該水溶液を、多くのトレイを有する抽出蒸留カ ラムに給送し;該水溶液の給送口よりも上部まで水を導入し、抽出蒸留を行って アクリロニトリルを含有する上部流と水および不純物を含有する底流を形成させ ;抽出蒸留カラムからの底流を多数のストリッパートレイを含むストリッパーカ ラムに給送し、ストリッパーカラムからの底流として水および高沸点有機化合物 を除去し、ストリッパーカラムからの上部流として蒸留物を含有する水を除去し 、蒸留水をクエンチカラムに再循環させることを含む方法であって、再循環した 蒸留液が、重量にして5000ppm未満の高沸点有機化合物を含むことを特徴 とする方法。 4.ストリッパーカラムからの蒸留液が2500ppm未満の高沸点有機化合物 を含有していることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の方法。 5.抽出蒸留カラムからの底流を、ストリッパーカラムの最上部のストリッパー トレイに給送することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の方法。 6.ストリッパーからの上部流が、クエンチカラムに再循環する前に熱回収手段 を通過することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の方法。 7.吸収カラムから抽出蒸留カラムへの供給における大部分のアセトニトリルは 、ストリッパーカラムに供給されない副流において、抽出蒸留カラムから除去さ れることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の方法。 8.再循環された蒸留液は、水性クエンチ液体において、55%から75重量% の水分を提供することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の方法。
