Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.角膜組織の再配置可能な結合層を生成する方法で、 基準軸を確立するステップを含み、前記基準軸は、開始点で角膜の前面と交差 し、前面とほぼ直角であり、さらに、 前記開始点から方向転換点まで第1路に沿って角膜を切開するステップを含み 、前記第1路は前記基準軸に対してある角度を向いて前記層のアンダーカット領 域を生成し、前記アンダーカット領域は、角膜の前面に向かう方向で前記層の移 動を抑制し、さらに、 前記確立ステップと前記切開ステップを、前記層を生成するのに必要なだけ繰 り返すステップとを含む方法。 2.前記繰り返した開始点が、第1曲率半径を有する第1周縁部を確立し、前 記繰り返した方向転換点が、第2曲率半径を有する第2周縁部を確立し、さらに 前記第2曲率半径が第1曲率半径より大きい、請求項1に記載の方法。 3.前記基準軸からの前記第1路の前記角度が、約0°から90°の間の範囲 の鋭角である、請求項1に記載の方法。 4.前記方向転換点が角膜の後面上にある、請求項1に記載の方法。 5.前記切開ステップが、レーザ光のビームを使用して達成される、請求項1 に記載の方法。 6.さらに、 第2路に沿って角膜を戻る方向に切開するステップを含み、前記第2路は前記 方向転換点で開始して、前記アンダーカット領域を生成するような方向であり、 さらに、 必要に応じて前記層を生成するよう、前記逆方向切開ステップを繰り返すステ ップを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 7.前記第2路がほぼ前記基準軸に直角である、請求項6に記載の方法。 8.角膜組織の結合層を生成する方法で、 角膜に第1周縁部を確立するステップを含み、前記第1周縁部が第1曲率半径 を有し、さらに、 角膜に第2周縁部を確立するステップを含み、前記第2周縁部が第2曲率半径 を有し、前記第2曲率半径は少なくとも前記第1曲率半径の大きさがあり、さら に、 第1周縁部と第2周縁部との間で角膜を切開して前記層を生成するステップを 含む方法。 9.前記切開ステップが、前記層のアンダーカット領域を生成し、前記アンダ ーカット領域が、角膜の前面に向かう方向で前記層の移動を抑制する、請求項8 に記載の方法。 10.前記第1周縁部が角膜の前面にある、請求項8に記載の方法。 11.前記第2周縁部が角膜の後面にある、請求項8に記載の方法。 12.前記第2周縁部が角膜中で前記第1周縁部より後方にある、請求項8に 記載の方法。 13.前記切開ステップが、レーザ光のビームを使用して達成される、請求項 8に記載の方法。 14.さらに、前記第2周縁部から角膜を通して逆方向に切開して、角膜の前 面にほぼ平行で、前記第1周縁部より後方にある表面を生成するステップを含む 、請求項8に記載の方法。 15.前記第1周縁部が、ほぼ円の一部であり、前記第2周縁部がほぼ円の一 部である、請求項8に記載の方法。 16.角膜組織の再配置可能な層を生成する方法で、 角膜の前面に第1周縁部を有する第1表面区域を特定するステップと、 第2周縁部を有する第2表面区域を特定するステップを含み、前記第2表面区 域が少なくとも前記第1表面区域の大きさであり、さらに、 前記第1周縁部と前記第2周縁部分との間を切開して前記層の組織片を生成す るステップを含む方法。 17.前記第2表面区域が前記第1表面区域より大きくて、前記層のアンダー カット領域を生成し、前記アンダーカット領域が、角膜の前面に向かう方向で前 記層の移動を抑制する、請求項16に記載の方法。 18.前記第2表面区域が角膜の後面にある、請求項16に記載の方法。 19.前記切開ステップがレーザ光のビームを使用して達成される、請求項1 6に記載の方法。 20.前記第2表面区域がレーザ光のビームを使用して達成される、請求項1 6に記載の方法。
