In recent years, automobiles have been required to have a high degree of quietness during traveling. In the molding 111 in which the frame base 112 and the lip 113 are integrally formed by using soft polyvinyl chloride, the lip 113 and the lip 113 are opened when the vehicle is running, due to the contact angle of the lip 113 with the opening side wall 95a. Abnormal noise may be generated from a contact portion with the side wall 95a. Recently, this abnormal noise has come to be regarded as a problem.

[0005] The generation of such abnormal noise is not limited to the case where the entire periphery of the framed window plate is surrounded by the window opening. For example, when a window material with a frame material is used for a small window (front bench (abbreviated as FV) window) in front of an automobile door, the rear side of the window material with a frame material is in front of the automobile door. Touch the side. Since the automobile door is movable, there is ample clearance between the rear side of the window plate with frame and the front side of the automobile door. By utilizing the elasticity of the lip part,
Sealed. However, in the structure in which the lip is elastically sealed by the elasticity of the lip, the vibration of the lip is remarkable due to the vibration and the flow of air when the automobile is running, and as a result, the generation of abnormal noise is remarkable. In order to reduce the abnormal noise, a framed window plate 120 as shown in FIG. 8 has been proposed. The molding 121 of the window plate 120 with a frame material includes a frame base 122 made of a soft polyvinyl chloride or the like fixed to the glass plate 90 and a lip 123 separate from the frame base 122 attached to a double-sided adhesive tape or the like. By the bonding means 124. The lip 123 is made of a material having low surface friction resistance. On the other hand, JP-A-7-621

According to the above-described method of manufacturing a window plate with a frame material, the primary molded product is mounted on the slide core in the mold opened state, so that the primary molded product can be easily and accurately mounted on the slide core. . After the mold is closed, a resin material is injected into the cavity to form the frame base, and at the same time, the frame base is fixed to the window plate and the primary molded product is fixed to the frame base. That is, the frame member including the primary molded product and the frame member base is integrated with the window plate. In order to integrate the primary molded product and the frame material base, it is not necessary to perform a sticking operation in a separate process. Therefore, by providing a portion made of a material having a low surface frictional resistance in the primary molded product, a window material with a frame material having good appearance and durability and capable of preventing generation of abnormal noise can be obtained by a simple process. Obtainable.

In the present invention, the primary molded product attached to the slide core with the mold opened is brought into contact with the fixed die and / or the movable die of the molding die when the die is closed. Is preferably positioned. For example, a method of clamping and fixing the primary molded product by a fixed mold and / or a movable mold and a slide core when closing the mold can be adopted. In this way, it is possible to prevent the primary molded product from being displaced when the resin material forming the frame material base is injected, and to obtain a framed window plate material to which the primary molded product is accurately fixed. Also, even if the primary molded product is not sufficiently mounted on the slide core, the primary molded product is brought into a predetermined position by contacting the primary molded product with at least one of the fixed mold and the movable mold. Can be positioned.

Further, in the present invention, the primary molded article has a joint part integrated with the frame base and a lip part protruding from the joint part, and the lip part has different physical properties from the joint part. (E.g., hardness and surface friction resistance). As the material of the lip portion, a low friction material having low surface friction resistance, such as chlorinated polyethylene and foamed EPDM, can be adopted. Here, the low friction material refers to a material having a lower surface friction resistance than soft polyvinyl chloride. Thus, generation of abnormal noise can be more remarkably prevented. Further, in the present invention, it is preferable that the joint portion of the primary molded product is made of the same material as the frame material base of the frame material. The term "same material" as used herein includes a slightly different material as long as it has good compatibility with the material of the frame base. For example, materials having only a different composition ratio, such as soft polyvinyl chloride and hard polyvinyl chloride, are regarded as “the same material”. Thus, the durability of the frame material can be further improved.

According to the above-described method for manufacturing the window plate 10 with a frame, the insert member 15 is mounted on the slide core 23 in a mold-opened state, so that the insert member 15 can be easily and accurately mounted on the slide core 23. it can. Then, after closing the mold, the frame material base 1 is simultaneously formed with the frame material base 12.
2 is fixed to the glass plate 90, and the insert member 15 having the lip 13 made of a low friction material is fixed to the frame base 12. Therefore, the work of attaching the frame material 11 to the glass plate 90 and the work of attaching the lip portion 13 to the frame material base 12 become unnecessary, and the window material 10 with the frame material can be manufactured with high productivity. Further, since the insert member 15 is sandwiched and fixed between the lower mold 21 and the upper mold 22 and the slide core 23 when the mold is closed, it is possible to prevent the insert member 15 from shifting when the resin material forming the frame base 12 is injected. The framed window plate 10 to which the member 15 is accurately fixed can be obtained. Even if the insert member 15 is not sufficiently mounted on the slide core 23, the insert member 15 can be positioned at a predetermined position by bringing the insert member 15 into contact with the lower mold 21 and the upper mold 22.

The thicknesses W1 and W2 of the connecting portion 12c and the extending portion 12d of the frame material base 12, which are the portions where the joining portions 16 are joined, are appropriately thickened. Thereby, at the time of injecting the resin material, the resin fluidity in the space for the connection portion 12c and the space for the extension portion 12d in the cavity 25 is improved, and the time required for solidifying the resin material in those spaces is appropriately increased. . Thus,
The connecting portion 12c and the extending portion 12d of the frame base 12 and the joining portion 16 of the insert member 15 are firmly joined.
Further, the coating width W3 and the thickness H of the coating portion 12e of the frame base 12 are appropriately increased. In addition, the covering portion 12
The outer peripheral side surface 12f of e is substantially orthogonal to the vehicle outer side surface of the lip extension 16b. In this way, the connecting portion 12c and the extending portion 12d of the frame base 12 and the joining portion 16 of the insert member 15 are more firmly joined. In addition, the covering portion 12
There is no burr generated at the intersection between the outer peripheral side surface 12f of e and the vehicle outer side surface of the lip extension 16b. According to the window material 10 with a frame material thus manufactured, the appearance and the durability are good, and the generation of abnormal noise can be significantly prevented.
Furthermore, in the window material 10 with a frame material, by using the same material having good compatibility for the frame material base 12 and the joining portion 16, the frame material base 12 and the joining portion 16 are firmly joined, The durability of the frame member 11 is further improved.
