In recent years, automobiles are required to have a high degree of quietness during running. In the molding 111 in which the frame material base 112 and the lip portion 113 are integrally formed by using soft polyvinyl chloride, the lip portion 113 and the lip portion 113 and the opening portion side wall 95a are in contact with each other depending on the contact angle and the like of the lip portion 113 when the automobile is running. Abnormal noise may occur from the contact point with the side wall 95a. Recently, this unusual noise has become a problem.

The generation of such abnormal noise is not limited to the case where the entire circumference of the frame-equipped window plate material is surrounded by the window opening. For example, in the case of using a window plate with a frame material for a small window (front bench (abbreviated as FV) window) on the front side of an automobile door, the rear side of the window plate with a frame material is in front of the automobile door Abut the edge. Since the automobile door is movable, there is a margin in the clearance between the rear side of the frame-equipped window plate and the front side of the automobile door. Using this elasticity of the lip part,
It is sealed. However, in the structure in which the elasticity of the lip portion seals with a margin, the vibration of the lip portion becomes prominent due to the vibration during traveling of the automobile and the air flow, and as a result, the abnormal noise is prominently generated.

In order to reduce this abnormal noise, a separate lip portion having a lower surface friction resistance and a higher elasticity than the frame material base portion is exposed so that a part of the lip portion is exposed in the cavity for molding the frame material base portion. A technique has been proposed in which a resin material is injected into a cavity after being mounted on a molding die to integrate a frame material base portion and a lip portion with a peripheral edge portion of a glass plate. In this case, in order to suppress the dimensional error, first, the lip portion having a dimension longer than the side of the glass plate is attached to the molding die. Then, a resin material is injected into the cavity to integrate the frame material base portion and the lip portion with the peripheral portion of the glass plate. Then, after taking out the frame-equipped window plate material from the molding die, an excessive protruding portion of the longer lip portion is cut. That is, the resin portion protruding from the outer shape of the frame-equipped window plate material to be obtained was cut in a state where the frame-equipped window plate material was taken out from the molding die.

The work of accurately cutting the lip portion which is rich in elasticity has been complicated. Figure 1
As shown in 0, it generally has a curved shape in a sectional view. By applying a force to such a lip part, keeping it in a non-curved stretched state, and cutting off the excess protruding part of the lip part, when the force is released and the lip part returns to the original curved shape There is a tendency that the desired shape is not obtained. On the other hand, it is extremely difficult to accurately cut the extra protruding portion of the lip portion while keeping the lip portion curved because the lip portion is rich in elasticity. The above-described lip portion and other members that form the outer shape of the frame-equipped window plate member need to be accurately cut along the outer shape of the vehicle body to which the frame-equipped window plate member is attached. Depending on the type of vehicle, the lip or the like must be cut with a three-dimensional, complicated cutting surface. The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object thereof is to provide a method for manufacturing a plate material for a window with a frame material, which can simplify the manufacturing process while maintaining dimensional accuracy.

In the present invention, examples of the window plate material include transparent or semitransparent glass plates and resin plates. A chromatic glass plate or a resin plate may be used as long as it has sufficient transparency. Examples of the glass plate include a single glass plate and laminated glass. Further, the glass plate may be one that has been strengthened or functionally coated with a heat ray reflective film or the like.
Examples of the outer shape of the plate material for a window with a frame material include the outer peripheral shape of the plate material for a window with a frame material, as well as the outer side surface shape and the inner side surface shape of the vehicle plate material for a frame material. As the resin portion protruding from the outer shape of the frame-equipped window plate material, in addition to the above-described protruding portion of the lip portion, a protruding portion of a decorative film provided on the vehicle outer surface of the frame material, a gate, or the like can be illustrated. The resin material to be injected into the cavity is selected in consideration of good fluidity during injection molding and excellent appearance and weather resistance after molding. Or

According to the above-described method for manufacturing a frame-equipped window plate, after the resin material is solidified, the resin portion protruding from the outer shape of the frame-equipped window plate is cut in the molding die. By doing so, the dimensional accuracy can be maintained or improved, and the manufacturing process can be greatly simplified. In the molding die, since the resin portion projecting from the outer shape of the window material with frame material to be obtained is supported by the inner surface of the molding die (the portion facing the cavity of the molding die), The resin part can be easily cut. Even if the resin part is rich in elasticity or curved, the resin part is supported in the curved state in the mold,
The resin part can be cut accurately and easily. Furthermore, the manufacturing method of the plate member for a frame-equipped window as described above is a resin member in which a resin portion protruding from the outer shape of the plate member for a window member with a frame member to be obtained is mounted on a molding die together with the plate member for a window,
It is particularly useful when it is a part of a separate resin member that forms the lip. The reason is as follows. That is, the resin member, particularly the resin member that forms the lip, has a highly elastic curved portion. When the curved portion having a high elasticity is taken out from the molding die and the curved portion is cut in a stretched state, a defective shape occurs. By applying the method for manufacturing a frame-equipped window plate material of the present invention when cutting a resin member having such a situation, it is possible to eliminate the above-mentioned shape defect and difficulty of cutting work. Therefore,
When the resin portion protruding from the outer shape of the frame material-equipped window plate material to be obtained is a part of the resin member attached to the molding die together with the window plate material, the frame material-equipped window plate material of the present invention The manufacturing method is useful. In this way, the lip portion or the like is formed so as to follow the outer shape of the vehicle body to which the frame-equipped window plate material is attached.
It is also easy to cut along a dimensional and complicated cutting surface.

According to the method for manufacturing the glass plate with a frame member 10 as described above, after the resin material of the frame member base portion 12 is solidified, the protruding portion of the insert member 15 is cut in the mold to obtain the frame member. The dimensional accuracy of the attached glass plate 10 can be maintained or improved, and the manufacturing process can be greatly simplified. Since the cutting is performed after the frame material base 12 is solidified, the insert member 15 does not shift in the mold. It is also possible to easily cut the lip portion 13 and the like with a three-dimensional complicated cut surface so as to follow the outer shape of the vehicle body to which the glass plate 10 with a frame material is attached. To do this, for example, in FIG.
As shown in, the cutting blade 26 may be configured to be moved back and forth in a direction inclined with respect to the vertical direction.
