動角度の大きさは、頭部が受け部で適切に保持されるよ
うに、頭部の直径に応じた第2のボアが一定の大きさを
超えない程度に制限されている。

るスクリュー部材(1)と、骨ねじに接続されるべきロ
ッドを受け入れるための、頭部端部における受け部
(5)とを有する骨ねじであって、受け部(5)は、第
1の開口ボア(6)と、ねじ切りされた2つの自由脚を
有する実質的にU字型の断面と、第1のボア(6)に対
向する端部に第2のボア(7)とを有し、その直径は、
ねじ切り部(2)の直径よりも大きく、頭部(3)の直
径よりは小さく、受け部(5)はさらに、頭部(3)の
