【請求項1】

欠損オクルーダを欠損に搬送するカテーテルとを備え、欠損オクルーダはカテーテル内で撤去可能に折り畳まれるオクルーダ搬送システムにおいて、
欠損中において欠損オクルーダを撤去可能に浮動した状態で係留するオクルーダ鎖(12)と、
前記欠損オクルーダを保持すべく、固定要素(14)に係合可能な係蹄要素(32)を備える先端部を有する係蹄機構(16)と
からなるオクルーダ搬送システム。
【請求項2】
心臓の左右心房間の通路を遮断するシステムであって、
前記心臓の心房における血液の流れを防止する欠損オクルーダと、
長さ方向全体にわたって延びる搬送ルーメンを備える搬送カテーテルと、前記搬送ルーメンは欠損オクルーダを摺動可能に受容することと、
前記搬送カテーテルの搬送ルーメン内に摺動可能に配置された押し出し管と、前記押し出し管は全長にわたって延びる内部ルーメンを有することと、
前記欠陥オクルーダを保持及び開放するために欠陥オクルーダの一部に連結されたオクルーダ鎖と、
前記欠陥オクルーダを保持するためにオクルーダ鎖に取り付け可能な要素と、前記要素は、オクルーダ鎖に取付けられた時、欠陥オクルーダよりも先端側に位置することと、
前記搬送カテーテルの搬送ルーメン内に摺動可能に配置され、欠陥ルーメンの一部を保持するための先端部を備える係蹄機構とを備え、
前記オクルーダ鎖は欠陥オクルーダに連結され、欠陥オクルーダは全体が前記通路に取り外し可能に配置されている心臓の左右心房間の通路を遮断するシステム。
【請求項3】
欠損に対応し、かつ同欠損を封鎖する欠損オクルーダと、
前記欠損オクルーダを欠損に搬送するカテーテルと、前記欠損オクルーダはカテーテル内で撤去可能に折り畳まれることと、
前記欠損中において欠損オクルーダを撤去可能に浮動した状態で係留するオクルーダ鎖
と、
前記オクルーダ鎖を受容するルーメンを備えた押し出し管と、
前記欠陥オクルーダを保持するための係蹄ループを備えた先端部を有する係蹄機構とを有し、
前記係蹄ループが欠陥オクルーダを保持し、欠陥オクルーダは全体が前記通路に取り外し可能に配置されている欠陥封鎖システム。
【請求項4】
前記欠陥オクルーダを固定する固定要素を備えた請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
【請求項5】
前記固定要素はオクルーダ鎖に連結されて欠陥オクルーダを保持する請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
【請求項6】
前記オクルーダ鎖は、欠陥オクルーダを解放するために、固定要素に対して取り外し可能である請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
【請求項7】
前記固定要素は押し出し管内を同押し出し管全体にわたって延びている請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
【請求項8】
前記固定要素はピンワイヤである請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
【請求項9】
前記係蹄ロープは固定要素の周囲に巻回される請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
【請求項10】
前記欠陥オクルーダは縫合輪を受容するための小穴を有する請求項1乃至9のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
【請求項11】
前記欠陥オクルーダは欠陥を挟んで対向するように位置する第1の部分及び第2の部分を有する請求項1乃至10のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
【請求項12】
前記オクルーダ鎖は基端部と先端部とを有し、先端部は欠陥オクルーダに対して解放可能に取り付けられ、基端部は通路内に欠陥カテーテルを撤去可能に配置すべく、搬送カテーテルより延出している請求項1乃至11のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
【請求項1】
欠損に対応し、かつ同欠損を封鎖する欠損オクルーダと、
欠損オクルーダを欠損に搬送するカテーテルとを備え、欠損オクルーダはカテーテル内で撤去可能に折り畳まれるオクルーダ搬送システムにおいて、
欠損中において欠損オクルーダを撤去可能に浮動した状態で係留するオクルーダ鎖(12)と、
前記欠損オクルーダを保持すべく、固定要素(14)に係合可能な係蹄要素(32)を備える先端部を有する係蹄機構(16)と
からなるオクルーダ搬送システム。
【請求項2】
心臓の左右心房間の通路を遮断するシステムであって、
前記心臓の心房における血液の流れを防止する欠損オクルーダと、
長さ方向全体にわたって延びる搬送ルーメンを備える搬送カテーテルと、前記搬送ルーメンは欠損オクルーダを摺動可能に受容することと、
前記搬送カテーテルの搬送ルーメン内に摺動可能に配置された押し出し管と、前記押し出し管は全長にわたって延びる内部ルーメンを有することと、
前記欠陥オクルーダを保持及び開放するために欠陥オクルーダの一部に連結されたオクルーダ鎖と、
前記欠陥オクルーダを保持するためにオクルーダ鎖に取り付け可能な要素と、前記要素は、オクルーダ鎖に取付けられた時、欠陥オクルーダよりも先端側に位置することと、
前記搬送カテーテルの搬送ルーメン内に摺動可能に配置され、欠陥ルーメンの一部を保持するための先端部を備える係蹄機構とを備え、
前記オクルーダ鎖は欠陥オクルーダに連結され、欠陥オクルーダは全体が前記通路に取り外し可能に配置されている心臓の左右心房間の通路を遮断するシステム。
【請求項3】
欠損に対応し、かつ同欠損を封鎖する欠損オクルーダと、
前記欠損オクルーダを欠損に搬送するカテーテルと、前記欠損オクルーダはカテーテル内で撤去可能に折り畳まれることと、
前記欠損中において欠損オクルーダを撤去可能に浮動した状態で係留するオクルーダ鎖
と、
前記オクルーダ鎖を受容するルーメンを備えた押し出し管と、
前記欠陥オクルーダを保持するための係蹄ループを備えた先端部を有する係蹄機構とを有し、
前記係蹄ループが欠陥オクルーダを保持し、欠陥オクルーダは全体が前記通路に取り外し可能に配置されている欠陥封鎖システム。

前記欠陥オクルーダを固定する固定要素を備えた請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
【請求項5】
前記固定要素はオクルーダ鎖に連結されて欠陥オクルーダを保持する請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
【請求項6】
前記オクルーダ鎖は、欠陥オクルーダを解放するために、固定要素に対して取り外し可能である請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
【請求項7】
前記固定要素は押し出し管内を同押し出し管全体にわたって延びている請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
【請求項8】
前記固定要素はピンワイヤである請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
【請求項9】
前記係蹄ロープは固定要素の周囲に巻回される請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
