Description

On the other hand, one of the applicants, Environmental Engineering Co., Ltd., has developed an organic plant growth base material having a trade name of “Vitexoil” (registered trademark) .
`` Vitexoil '' is used for cutting and rooting materials generated in mountainous and forest development work, thinning materials generated by thinning trees, green areas, street trees, parks, pruning foliage such as planted trees, etc. Organic waste materials derived from dead trees, demolition wood generated from construction sites, grasses, etc. are crushed, and the crushed materials are organically decomposed by microorganisms at high temperature to kill the weed seeds, roots and fungi contained therein. A humus soil to which a microorganism useful for plant growth, particularly bacteria useful for plant growth, fungi such as actinomycetes, filamentous fungi, yeast, etc., is added after sterilization.
Vitexoil does not contain chemical fertilizers, but has its own fertilizing function and can grow plants healthy while supplying nutrients to the plants semi-permanently. It is attracting attention as a useful material that is environmentally friendly (ecology) and is useful for environmental protection. Then, "Biotechnology soil" was used to generated the development of forests and mountains, the soil is sprayed method for performing greening such as direct exposed slopes and vertical walls are attracting attention as a new method [Note, "Biotechnology The spraying method for greening using "soil" was registered as a "bitexoil method" on April 18, 2003 (trademark registration number 4663436). From this point, hereinafter, the spraying method for greening using “vitexoil” may be referred to as “vitexoil method”] .

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the above-mentioned vitexoyl method, an organic plant growth base material such as `` vitexol '' is used as a main material, and a slurry obtained by mixing and stirring water, an adhesive, a water retention agent, and the like is sprayed using compressed air. A method of spraying the surface to be greened with a machine is generally adopted. At this time, from the viewpoint of workability at the time of spraying and the like, slurry is generally prepared by mixing water in a large amount of 30 to 40% by volume with respect to the volume of the plant growth base material.
For this reason, the slurry has a low viscosity, easily drips when sprayed on the surface to be greened, and is not sufficient in terms of shape retention.
In addition, the sprayed slurry shrinks during drying and tends to crack, so that the plant growth base material is weakened, and the sediment below the base material flows out from the cracked portion due to rainfall and collapses, and in some cases, collapses. The plant growth base material itself may fall off, collapse, or disappear, and there is a problem that an environment suitable for germination and growth of plants is easily damaged.

In the bitexoil method, the spraying thickness is generally set to 5 cm as a standard. However, if the spraying is performed at once, the slurry is likely to fall off from the spraying surface. Therefore, a method of spraying the slurry twice is generally adopted. In other words, when spraying the slurry to a thickness of 5 cm, first spraying to a thickness of about 1/2, and then spraying the remaining thickness when the sprayed surface is hardened a little and becomes a stable state. Spraying is adopted as a standard method of construction. Therefore, work efficiency is low, improvement in terms of economic efficiency is demanded.
