【特許請求の範囲】
【請求項1】 熱可塑性樹脂と溶剤(A)とを溶融混練て得られた溶液を押し出し、冷却して得られたゲル状成形物から残存する前記溶剤(A)を除去する熱可塑性樹脂微多孔膜の製造方法において、前記溶剤(A)を、これと異なる溶剤を用いて二段階以上の洗浄工程により除去し、そのうち少なくとも第一段階の工程で沸点が100℃以上かつ引火点が0℃以上の非水系溶剤(B)を用いることを特徴とする熱可塑性樹脂微多孔膜の製造方法。
【請求項2】 請求項1に記載の熱可塑性樹脂微多孔膜の製造方法において、ゲル状成形物を延伸する前及び/又は延伸した後に、残存する溶剤(A)を除去することを特徴とする熱可塑性樹脂微多孔膜の製造方法。
【請求項3】 請求項1又は2に記載の熱可塑性樹脂微多孔膜の製造方法において、前記溶剤(A)を除去する二段階以上の洗浄工程中の最終段階の工程で、オゾン破壊性が無く、かつ沸点が100℃以下の溶剤(C)で処理することを特徴とする熱可塑性樹脂微多孔膜の製造方法。
