Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 漏洩なしの切換式の複座弁であって、 流体の入口と出口に至る2つの管のために少なくとも2つの開口部を備えた弁 体部(1)と、前記開口部の間に配置された同軸の2つの弁座(2、3)と、2 つの弁閉止部材(7、9)とを含有し、前記弁閉止部材がそれぞれ弁体(1)内 での同軸の運動に対して互いに相対的に、かつ、押開位置と閉止位置との間の対 応する弁座(2、3)に案内され、かつ、該弁座の閉止位置で前記開口部の間に 二重密閉を生ぜしめ、その際、第1閉止部材がその端部に配置されたラジアル密 閉手段(12)を備えたスライドプランジャ(7)であり、前記スライドプラン ジャがその押開運動中に第2閉止部材(9)に対して当接し、かつ、前記第2閉 止部材を継続する押開運動で同様にその押開位置に移動するために具備され、そ の際、第1弁座(2)が円筒形であり、かつ、閉止位置においてスライドプラン ジャ(7)を密閉しながら収容し、かつ、閉止位置でも押開位置でも閉止部材間 に漏洩空間が形成され、前記漏洩空間が流出出口(25)を介して永続的に弁の 外側と接続されている複座弁において、 第2弁座(3)に円筒形の内面(5)と、第2閉止部材(9)に前記内面と連 通する円筒形の部分(20)とが具備され、前記部分の直径が第2弁座(3)の 円筒形の内面(5)の直径よりも少し小さくなり、かつ、円筒形の平面(5、2 0)が第2閉止部材(9)の洗浄行程時ならびに開閉運動時にその間に絞り部( 26)を形成し、かつ、閉止運動時に初めに、密閉手段(17)が管に対して漏 洩空間を密閉する前に、絞り部(26)が形成されるように、密閉手段(17) が第2閉止部材(9) に具備されること、を特徴とする。 2.スライドプランジャ(7)の洗浄位置でスライドプランジャ(7)の円筒形 の平面(24)と第1弁座(2)との間に円筒形の絞り部(26)が形成される こと、を特徴とする、請求項1記載の複座弁。 3.密閉手段(12、17)がスライドプランジャ(7)および/または第2閉 止部材(9)にラジアルパッキンとして形成されること、を特徴とする、請求項 1または2記載の複座弁。 4.密閉手段(17)が軸または円錐形のパッキンとしてスライドプランジャ( 7)に対向する第2閉止部材の端部に形成されること、を特徴とする、請求項1 記載の複座弁。 5.第2弁座(3)が円錐形の部分(6)を有し、前記部分が第2弁座(3)の 円筒形の部分(5)から第1弁座(2)へ延長すること、を特徴とする、請求項 1、2、3または4記載の複座弁。 6.第2弁座が第2閉止部材の開口部側の方向へ円筒形の部分(5)に接続され る円錐形の部分(4)を有すること、を特徴とする、請求項1、2、3、4また は5記載の複座弁。 7.閉止部材(7、9)が、2つの着脱可能の、好ましくはねじ接続を利用して 、互いに接続された部分(8、10;15、18)から構成され、その際、両方 の部分の間に密閉手段(12、17)が具備されるこ と、を特徴とする、請求項1、2、3、4、5または6記載の複座弁。 8.第2閉止部材(9)が該閉止部材のスライドプランジャに対向した端部に、 本質的に円筒形の、円筒形の弁座(2)と一列に並ぶ円周壁を備えた溝(22) を有し、かつ、第2閉止部材(9)が開く前に、前記溝(22)が、押開運動中 にスライドプランジャ(7)の端部とラジアル密閉手段(12)を密に収容する ためにサイジングされていること、を特徴とする、請求項1、2、3、4、5、 6または7記載の複座弁。
