【請求項２】 少なくとも１枚が透明である２枚の板またはフィルムから成り、その向き合った面には伝導性の層が取り付けられ、少なくとも一つの伝導性の層は透明であり、該２枚の板またはフィルムは密封用のリングによって接合され、該板またはフィルムおよび該密封用のリングは内部にエレクトロクロミック媒質を入れる容積を規定しているエレクトロクロミック装置において、該エレクトロクロミック装置はナノ粒子により紫外線から保護されていることを特徴とするエレクトロクロミック装置。
