Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 緻密な縁部領域と軟質かつ気泡質のコアとを有する軟質〜半硬質ポリウレ タン物品の製造方法において、 (a)有機および/または改変有機ポリイソシアネートおよび/またはポリイソ シアネートプレポリマーを、 (b)20〜200のOH価および2〜6、好ましくは2〜3の官能価の少なく とも1種のポリオール成分、 (c)必要に応じ201〜899のOH価および2〜3の官能価のポリオール成 分、並びに (d)600〜1850のOH価もしくはアミン価および2〜4の官能価の少な くとも1種の連鎖延長成分、および (e)必要に応じそれ自体公知の添加物質、活性化剤および/または安定化剤と 、 水の存在下および2−メチルペンタン、3−メチルペンタン、2,3−ジメチル ブタンおよび必要に応じ2,2−ジメチルブタンを包含する55〜65℃の沸点 範囲を有するC6−炭化水素混合物の存在下に反応させることを特徴とする軟質 〜半硬質ポリウレタン物品の製造方法。 2. ポリオール成分(b)および(c)に対し3〜20重量%の連鎖延長成分 (d)を使用することを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 3. 連鎖延長剤(d)としてグリコールを使用することを特徴とする請求の範 囲第1項に記載の方法。 4. 連鎖延長剤(d)としてジエチルトルイレンジアミン異性体を使用するこ とを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 5. 250〜900kg/m3の嵩密度を有する成形部品を得ることを特徴と する請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。
