Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 複数の平形管を備え、該平形管の内側を流れる第1流体と該平形管の外側 を流れる第2流体との間で熱交換を行い、該平形管の各端部に1対の中空のヘッ ダを連結し、該ヘッダに入口及び出口を設けて、前記第1流体を前記平形管に導 入し、そこから該第1流体を排出できるようにした熱交換器において、前記ヘッ ダの各々は、少なくとも2本の平行な管から成り、隣接した2本の該管が共通の 壁部分を有していることを特徴とする熱交換器。 2. 前記ヘッダは、円形断面を有する多数の管から成り、ほぼ平坦な管列を構 成していることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載の熱交換器。 3. 鋸歯エッジ状の穴が前記ヘッダの平坦表面の一方側に設けられていること を特徴とする請求の範囲第1項または第2項に記載の熱交換器。 4. 前記平形管は、前記円形断面を有する多数の管に部分的に挿入されている だけであり、それによって前記ヘッダを構成している前記平行管の間に連通路が 残ることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項乃至第3項の内のいずれか1項に記載の 熱交換器。 5. 前記管は、多ポート押し出し成形管であることを特徴とする請求の範囲第 1項乃至第4項の内のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器。 6. 前記多ポート熱伝達管内の前記ヘッダの壁部分と向き合った前記チャネル は、閉塞されることを特徴とする請求の範囲第5項に記載の熱交換器。 7. 前記穴は、円形の前記管の前記平坦な列に所定深さで形成されており、前 記熱伝達管は該深さより浅い位置まで挿入されるだけであることを特徴とする請 求の範囲第3項または第5項に記載の熱交換器。 8. 前記ヘッダに材料を追加することによって、前記穴を深くすることを特徴 とする請求の範囲第7項に記載の熱交換器。
