Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.弾性膜を穿刺する装置であって、 その弾性膜を突き通し、元のまま抜かれることによって、弾性膜を貫通する経 路を与えるようになされた尖った先端(27)を有する出し入れ装置(15)と 、 鈍端を有するカニューレ(20)において、前記鈍端が前記出し入れ装置(1 5)が形成した弾性膜を貫通する経路に挿入されるようになされており、そして 前記鈍端がその経路に挿入されると、前記カニューレ(20)がその経路を実質 的に密閉するようになされているカニューレと、そして 前記カニューレ(20)と前記出し入れ装置(15)とを使用されるまで相互 に関連付けておくようになされているパッケージ装置(10)と を有する装置。 2.請求項1に記載の装置において、前記カニューレ(20)に取り付けられて いる遠位端と、ピストン(39)を包含している近位端とを持つ注射器(18) を前記パッケージ装置(10)が包含している装置。 3.請求項2に記載の装置において、前記出し入れ装置(15)の前記尖端(2 7)が前記ピストン(39)の中に取り外し可能に収まっている装置。 4.請求項3に記載の装置において、キャップ(42)を設け、前記パッケージ 装置の中い前記アクセスピン(15)を封じ込め、前記出し入れ装置(15)を 無菌状態に維持するようになされている装置。 5.請求項3に記載の装置において、前記カニューレ(20)と前記出し入れ装 置(15)が前記パッケージ装置に組み込まれると単一の縦軸の向きになる装置 。 6.請求項1に記載の装置において、前記カニューレ(20)がカニューレ孔( 43)を形成する装置。 7.請求項6に記載の装置において、前記アクセスピンの尖端(27)が前記カ ニューレ(20)の前記カニューレ孔(43)の内部に入れられている装置。 8.請求項1に記載の装置において、前記パッケージ装置(10)が鞘(47、 53)であって、この鞘(47、53)が前記カニューレ(20)を包んでいる 装置。 9.請求項8に記載の装置において、前記出し入れ装置(15)が前記鞘(4 7)の前記近位端に係合すると、前記出し入れ装置(15)を密閉するようにな されている取っ手(52)を前記出し入れ装置(15)が包含している装置。 10.弾性膜を通して液体を輸送する方法であって、この方法が (a)先ず、尖端(27)を有する出し入れ装置(15)でその弾性膜を突き 通し、この出し入れ装置(15)を元のまま抜くことによって、弾性膜を貫通す る経路を与えるステップと、 (b)次に、鈍端を有するカニューレ(20)の鈍端をその経路に挿入し、こ のカニューレ(20)でその経路を実質的に密閉するステップと、そして (c)それから、その液体がそのカニューレ(20)を通って流れるようにし て、その弾性膜を通して液体が輸送されるステップにおいて、そのカニューレ( 20)とその出し入れ装置(15)とを使用されるまでパッケージ装置(10) によって相互に関連付けておくステップと を有する方法。 11.鈍端カニューレ(20)と出し入れ装置(15)とが組合わされており、 鈍端カニューレ(20)と、 隔膜を事前穿刺する出し入れ装置(15)と、 前記鈍端カニューレ(20)と前記出し入れ装置(15)が保管のために組み 立てられたとき、前記鈍端カニューレ(20)と前記出し入れ装置(15)を保 護するパッケージ装置と を有する組合せにおいて、 前記鈍端カニューレ(20)と前記出し入れ装置(15)の内の少なくともど ちらかが前記鈍端カニューレ(20)と前記出し入れ装置(15)の内のもう片 方のパッケージ装置(10)から個別に取り外すことができる装置。 12.鈍端カニューレ(20)と出し入れ装置(15)とが組合わされており、 鈍端カニューレ(20)と、 隔膜を事前穿刺する出し入れ装置(15)と、 前記鈍端カニューレ(20)と前記出し入れ装置(15)が保管のために組み 立てられたとき、前記鈍端カニューレ(20)と前記出し入れ装置(15)を保 護するパッケージ装置と を有する組合せにおいて、 前記鈍端カニューレ(20)と前記出し入れ装置(15)の内の少なくともど ちらかが前記鈍端カニューレ(20)と前記出し入れ装置(15)の内のもう片 方のパッケージ装置(10)から個別に取り外すことができ、更に、出し入れ装 置(15)を鈍端カニューレ(20)から隔離している障壁(19)を前記パッ ケージ装置(10)が包含している装置。 13.前記鈍端カニューレ(20)と前記出し入れ装置(15)とが組み立てら れて前記パッケージ装置(10)になるとき、前記鈍端カニューレ(20)と前 記出し入れ装置(15)の間に前記障壁(19)が位置している請求項12に記 載の組合せ。 14.前記出し入れ装置(15)が尖った遠位端を持つピン(26)を包含し、 前記鈍端カニューレ(20)が遠位端を包含していて、 前記鈍端カニューレ(20)および前記出し入れ装置(15)と前記パッケー ジ装置(10)との組立体が、前記鈍端カニューレ(20)の前記遠位端と前記 出し入れ装置(15)の前記ピン(26)の前記遠位端との間に前記障壁を位置 付けている請求項13に記載の組合せ。 15.前記鈍端カニューレ(20)と前記出し入れ装置(15)とが、前記パッ ケージ装置(10)に組み込まれたときに単一の縦軸の方向になっている請求項 14に記載の組合せ。 16.前記出し入れ装置(15)が前記パッケージ装置(10)に組み込まれた とき、前記出し入れ装置(15)の前記ピン(26)が前記障壁(19)の中に 取り外し可能に収まっている請求項15に記載の組合せ。 17.前記パッケージ装置(10)が前記出し入れ装置(15)にとっていたず らされると証拠が残る取り付け機構を包含している請求項12に記載の組合せ。 18.前記いたずらをされると証拠が残る取り付け機構が加熱杭(17)である 請求項17に記載の装置。 19.前記出し入れ装置(15)が前記パッケージ装置(10)に組み込まれた とき、前記いたずらをされると証拠が残る取り付け機構が、前記出し入れ装置( 15)の少なくとも1部分の回りに巻く収縮包装高分子フィルムを包含してい る組合せ。 20.前記出し入れ装置(15)が前記パッケージ装置(10)に再度組み込ま れるのを防止する干渉部材(12)を前記パッケージ装置(10)が包含してい る請求項12に記載の組合せ。 21.前記出し入れ装置(15)が前記パッケージ装置(10)に再度取り付け られるのを邪魔する環状内部リブを前記干渉部材(12)が前記パッケージ装置 (10)上に包含している請求項20に記載の組合せ。 22.出し入れ装置(15)を製造する方法であって、 (a)この出し入れ装置(15)に必要な最終的なピン(26)の長さの2倍 の長さの細長いピン部材(26)を形成するステップと、 (b)この細長いピン(26)の両端に取っ手(16)をモールドするステッ プと、そして (c)これらの取っ手(16)の間の中央位置でこのピン(26)を切断して 、このとき2個の同一の出し入れ装置(15)の鋭い遠位端(27)を形成する ステップと を包含している方法。
