Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.様々な帯域幅要求を有するネットワークのネットワーク・ノードと加入者装 置との間の通信リンクが多重化されたネットワークにおいて: 前記ネットワーク・ノード; 前記ネットワーク・ノードに結合され、それぞれ個別に操作できるアンテナ・ ビームを有するアンテナ・システム;および 前記アンテナ・システムに結合され、加入者装置の帯域幅要求を集め、前記ア ンテナ・ビームのそれぞれにホッピング・ビーム・スケジュルを決定し、そして 前記ホッピング・ビーム・スケジュールに従って前記アンテナ・ビームを操作す る制御器; から構成されることを特徴とするネットワーク。 2.前記ネットワーク・ノードは地球の周回軌道上にある衛星であり、かつ前記 加入者装置は地球局であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のネットワーク。 3.前記アンテナ・ビームは、電子的に操作可能であること特徴とする請求項1 記載のネッ トワーク。 4.前記制御器は、前記加入者装置のそれぞれの複数のタイムスロットを定義し 、各マクロセルに対するホッピング・ビームの照射時間を定義し、かつマクロセ ル内でサービスされるマイクロセルを定義するために前記ホッピング・ビム・ス ケジュールを起動するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のネ ットワーク。
