Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.第1の部分(7)と、前記第1の部分(7)に着脱自在に装着可能な一つ または複数の切削手段(8)と、軸方向反対側の雄形の第2の部分(9)とを含 んでなる金属切削用工具であって、 前記第2の部分(9)が締結装置(2)の座部(6)に適用可能で、 前記締結装置を通って前記切削手段用の冷却剤が流路を介して少なくとも一つ のノズルまで供給され、 前記ノズルを通って前記冷却剤が前記切削手段に向かう方向に噴出することが 可能であり、 前記冷却剤の流路は、一方が主要部内に配置される第1の区域(14、15) と、他方が前記締結装置内の第2の区域(14’、15’)とを含んでなり、 前記第2の区域(14’、15’)は、前記第1の区域(14、15)と連絡 し且つ前記座部(6)の内面に現れる半径方向の穴(15’)を含み、 前記穴(15’)の半径方向の配置は、冷却剤が前記工具に実質的に軸方向の いずれの力を負荷されること無く前記第1の流路区域(14、15)まで供給可 能にすることを保証する 金属切削用工具において、 前記締結装置(2)の半径方向の前記穴(15’)は、前記第1の流路区域( 14、15)に含まれ且つ前記雄形部分(9)の包囲面(23)に現れる同様の 軸方向の穴(15)と協動するために配置され、さらに具体的に包囲面(23) は、前記第2の流路区域の半径方向の穴(15’)の周囲位置に相当する周囲位 置であり、 前記雄形部分(9)の半径方向の穴(15)の開口端領域に、シ ールリング(21)用の凹部(20)が設けられ、 前記シールリング(21)が、弾性材料から作られ且つその際限ない伸びにし たがい任意の配置において実質的に四角形の横断面を有し、 応力の無い状態の前記シールリング(21)は、リングの外側表面部分が前記 雄形部分(9)の湾曲した包囲面(23)を越えて一定距離まで突出するような 厚みであり、 前記座部(6)並びに前記雄形部分(9)が軸方向にテーパーを成す形状であ り、 前記工具の長さ方向の軸に対するそれらの方向変換によって且つ、前記座部と 前記雄形部分との間の境界領域における前記シールリングとのそれらの協動によ って、前記半径方向の穴(15、15’)が、通常より高圧である前記冷却剤の ノズルまで供給可能にすることを特徴とする金属切削用工具。 2.前記雄形部分(9)が、筒状でありかつ前記雄形部分(9)の自由端に現 れる空隙部(11)を備え、且つ低圧冷却剤を前記空隙部(11)に供給するこ とができる工具であって、 高圧冷却剤用の前記流路(14’、15’、14、15)から離れて、第2の 流路(19)が設けられ、 前記第2の流路(19)が少なくとも第2のノズルを備えた前記空隙部(11 )に接続され、 それによって、高圧冷却剤と低圧冷却剤とが、必要ならば前記切削手段に向か って同時に噴射できる ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の工具。 3.前記凹部(20)が、前記雄形部分(9)の前記包囲面(23)と同様の 湾曲した形状を備える底(22)であるため、一定の厚みを備えたシールリング (21)を受容し、すなわちその全伸び にしたがって前記シールリング(21)が前記包囲面を越えて一定距離その突出 を維持することを保証する、 ことを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の工具。
