Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.容器漏れ試験装置であって、それぞれ少なくとも1つの容器のための複数の 試験ステーション(1x)と、それぞれの試験ステーション(1x)にあるそれぞ れ少なくとも1つの圧力センサ(3x)とを備えており、この圧力センサが評価 ユニット(9)の入力部と作用接続されている形式のものにおいて、各圧力セン サ(3x)のうちの複数のために1つの評価ユニット(9)が共通に設けられて おり、さらに評価ユニット(9)の入力部と圧力センサ(3x)の出力部に、パ ルス発生器ユニット(7)で刻時されるマルチプレクサユニット(5)が介在し ていることを特徴とする装置。 2.試験ステーション(1x)がそれぞれ少なくとも1対の、容器の受容室内に 間隔をおいて露出している電極を含んでおり、評価ユニット(9r)が設けられ ており、この評価ユニットはパルス発生器ユニットによって刻時されるマルチプ レクサユニット(5R)を介して、複数の試験ステーション(1x)のそれぞれに ある電極接続部と作用接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。 3.電極接続部と作用接続可能な評価ユニットと、圧力センサ出力部と作用接続 可能な評価ユニットとが同一の評価ユニット(9PR)であることを特徴とする請 求項2に記載の装置。 4.電極接続部と作用接続可能な評価ユニットに前置されたマルチプレクサユニ ットと、圧力センサと作用接続可能な評価ユニットに前置されたマルチプレクサ ユニットとが、1つのマルチプレクサユニット(5PR)によって形成されている ことを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の装置。 5.1回目の時点(t1)で発生した、入力信号に依存する信号値がゼロ基準値 として記憶されてその後にゼロ調整信号として送られるとともに、これに続く2 回目の時点(t2)で発生した信号値が評価信号/漏れ判定信号として評価され るよ うに評価ユニットが構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか 1項に記載の装置。 6.搬送装置が円形コンベヤであることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか 1項に記載の装置。
