Description
‐生物材料を溶液化して調整する。
‐このように調整した生物材料の品質を管理する。
‐容器に標識付けし、ラックの識別登録とこのラックに載せる容器の座標登録をしてラックに載せる。
‐この生物材料を専用の各金属容器に挿入する。
‐生物材料を真空下に置いて脱水する。
‐調節雰囲気下で容器を栓で閉鎖する。
‐加熱せずに容器の栓を溶接する。
‐真空下に置いて気密性を検査し、調節雰囲気のガス粒子を検出する。
‐保管場所に置く
‐標識を読み取ってラックに配置された所定の容器を識別する。
‐容器の栓を押し抜いて開封する。
‐容器内の生物材料を再度溶液化する。
‐回収した生物材料を取り出す。
‐特に分析目的に使用する。
Claims (7)
- 生物試料の保存、回収およびその後の使用を目的とする容器内での調整方法であって、
‐ 生物材料を溶液化して調整する工程と、
‐ 調整した生物材料の品質を管理する工程と、
‐ 識別登録して容器に標識付けする工程と、
‐ この生物材料を前記容器に挿入する工程と、
‐ 生物材料を脱水する工程と、
‐ 調節雰囲気下で容器を閉鎖する工程と、
‐ 真空下に置いたケース内に閉鎖した前記容器を置いて、前記容器内に調節雰囲気ガスまたはガス混合気を導入して密閉し、真空作用でこのガスが前記容器から漏れるのを検出して前記容器の気密性を検査する工程と、
‐ 前記検査に問題がなかった場合に保管場所に置く工程と
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記容器は金属製で栓を有し、この栓を入熱せずに溶接することによって確実に閉鎖することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の生物試料の調整方法。
- 前記溶接は、パルスYAGレーザータイプのレーザー光線を用いた溶接で実施することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の生物試料の調整方法。
- 前記調節雰囲気は、前記生物材料のあらゆる化学的加水分解反応または酵素加水分解反応および酸化反応を回避するため、乾燥した不活性ガスまたは不活性ガスの混合気からなることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の生物試料の調整方法。
- 前記の保管場所へ置く作業は、各容器のラック上へ配置し、ラックの識別および前記ラック上の前記容器の位置登録をすることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の生物試料の調整方法。
- 前記脱水は、真空下で実施することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の生物試料の調整方法。
- 請求項1ないし6のいずれか一項に記載の方法を利用して調整した試料の使用方法であって、
‐ 標識を読み取ってラックに配置された所定の容器を識別する工程と、
‐ 容器の栓を押し抜いて開封する工程と、
‐ 容器内の生物材料を再度溶液化する工程と、
‐ 回収した生物材料を抽出する工程と、
‐ 取り出した生物材料を特に分析目的に使用する工程と
を含むことを特徴とする方法。
