Claims (7)

1. Postupak priprave uzorka biološkog materijala u spremniku u svrhu njegovog skladištenja, njegovog oporavka i njegove naknadne upotrebe, naznačen time što ga čini niz sljedećih koraka: – priprave biološkog materijala otapanjem, – kontrole kvalitete tako pripravljenog biološkog materijala, – obilježavanja spremnika uz bilježenje identifikacije, – stavljanja tog biološkog materijala u navedeni spremnik, – dehidracije biološkog materijala, – brtvljenja spremnika u kontroliranoj atmosferi, – ispitivanja nepropusnosti spremnika stavljanjem zabrtvljenog spremnika u komoru koju se stavi u vakuum, te detektiranjem plina ili smjese plinova iz kontrolirane atmosfere koja je upotrijebljena i zatvorena u spremnik koja izlazi iz spremnika pod djelovanjem vakuuma, te – stavljanja u skladišnu stanicu ako je rezultat ispitivanja povoljan.
2. Postupak priprave uzorka biološkog materijala u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što je spremnik od metala i ima poklopac, a brtvljenje provodi zavarivanjem tog poklopca bez zagrijavanja.
3. Postupak priprave uzorka biološkog materijala u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 2, naznačen time što se zavarivanje provodi zavarivanjem laserskim snopom iz impulsnog YAG lasera.
4. Postupak priprave uzorka biološkog materijala u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 3, naznačen time što se kontrolirana atmosfera sastoji od inertnog plina ili smjese suhih inertnih plinova kako bi se spriječila bilo kakva reakcija kemijske ili enzimske hidrolize i oksidacije navedenog biološkog materijala.
5. Postupak priprave uzorka biološkog materijala u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se stavljanje u skladišnu stanicu provodi stavljanjem svakog spremnika na stalak za epruvete, identificiranjem stalka za epruvete i bilježenjem položaja navedenog spremnika na stalku za epruvete.
6. Postupak priprave uzorka biološkog materijala u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se dehidraciju provodi stavljanjem u vakuum.
7. Postupak upotrebe uzorka pripravljenog provedbom postupka u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 6, naznačen time što ga čine sljedeći koraci: – identificiranja određenog spremnika stavljenog na stalak za epruvete čitanjem etikete, – otvaranja bušenjem poklopca spremnika, – ponovnog otapanja biološkog materijala u spremniku, – uzorkovanja tako pripremljenog biološkog materijala, te – upotrebe uzorkovanog biološkog materijala, osobito radi analize.
