Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.基質の上に十分に接着した柱状構造物を含み、該柱状構造物は柱状物間 細孔と柱状物内細孔の両方を有することを特徴とする骨格柱状被膜。 2.柱状構造物は金属合金を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1記載の被 膜。 3.金属合金は a)コバルト、銅、金、イリジウム、ニッケル、パラジウム、白金、レニウム 、ロジウム、ルテニウム、および銀、並びにその組み合わせから成る群から選ば れる触媒作用をもった合金用元素、および b)アルミニウム、クロム、ハフニウム、マグネシウム、モリブデン、ニオブ 、タンタル、錫、チタン、タングステン、バナジン、亜鉛、およびジルコニウム 、並びにそれらの組み合わせから成る群から選ばれる触媒作用をもたない合金用 元素を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項2記載の被膜。 4.触媒作用をもった合金用元素は白金であり、触媒作用をもたない合金用 元素はアルミニウムである請求項2記載の被膜。 5.該柱状構造物はさらにアルミナ、チタニア、クロミア、およびそれらの 組み合わせから成る群から選ばれるセラミックスを含んでいることを特徴とする 請求項1記載の被膜。 6.該柱状構造物は楕円形の断面をもち、該楕円形の断面は長軸と短軸とを 有し、該短軸の長さは10μmより小さく、該柱状物はその楕円形の断面の短軸 よりも長い高さをもっていることを特徴とする請求項 1記載の被膜。 7.該柱状物間細孔は100nmよりも大きく、該柱状物内細孔は100n mよりも小さいことを特徴とする請求項1記載の被膜。 8.基質の組成と柱状構造物の組成とが徐々に変化して混合された組成を有 する基底構造物をさらに含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1記載の被膜。 9.該基質は金属合金およびセラミックス合金から成る群から選ばれること を特徴とする請求項1記載の被膜。 10.柱状物間細孔と柱状物内細孔との両方を有する十分に接着した柱状構造 物を含む被膜の製造法において、該方法は a)基質の上に接着性の中間層をつくり、 b)該接着性の中間層の上に、金属と浸出可能な材料との複合体から成り骨格 柱状被膜の前駆体である上部層をつくり、 c)該接着性の中間層と該上部層とを加熱して安定化し、 d)該上部層から浸出可能な材料を選択的に浸出させる工程から成ることを特 徴とする方法。 11.さらに(工程dの後に)該骨格柱状被膜を酸化性の環境および還元性の 環境から成る群から選ばれる環境に露出する工程を含んでいることを特徴とする 請求項10記載の方法。 12.骨格柱状被膜を酸化性の環境に露出する工程は被膜を酸化性の酸溶液に 浸漬する工程から成っていることを特徴とする請求項11記載の方法。 13.骨格柱状被膜を還元性の環境に露出する工程は被膜を還元性の酸溶液に 浸漬する工程から成っていることを特徴とする請求項11記載 の方法。 14.工程dは該上部層を苛性アルカリの溶液中に浸漬する工程から成ること を特徴とする請求項10記載の方法。 15.該上部層は a)クロム、コバルト、銅、金、ハフニウム、イリジウム、モリブデン、ニッ ケル、ニオブ、パラジウム、白金、レニウム、ロジウム、ルテニウム、銀、タン タル、チタン、タングステン、バナジンおよびジルコニウム、並びにそれらの組 み合わせから成る群から選ばれる金属、および b)アルミニウム、マグネシウム、錫および亜鉛、並びにそれらの組み合わせ から成る群から選ばれる浸出可能な材料を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1 0記載の方法。 16.該上部層は浸出可能な材料を少なくとも40原子%含んでいることを特 徴とする請求項15記載の方法。 17.該接着性の中間層は基質材料と上部層との徐々に変化した混合物から成 っていることを特徴とする請求項10記載の方法。 18.該基質は金属合金およびセラミックス合金から成る群から選ばれること を特徴とする請求項10記載の方法。
