Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.インゴットの製造、初期ビレット成形のためのβ相成形処理、α相ジルコニ ウムが存在する温度での初期ビレットの熱間型成形による管状ビレットの予備 成形、α相ジルコニウムの存在する温度での中間焼きなましを伴う管状ビレッ トの冷間成形、及び完成品を得るための仕上げを含む2元ジルコニウム合金の 管状製品を製造する方法において、減少値μ=Sbillet/Stube(Sbilletはロ ール加工される前のビレットの断面積、Stubeはロール加工後の管の断面積) 、及び総減少値μΣ=Sinit.billet/Sready.tube(Sinit.billetは初めて ロール加工されるビレットの断面積、Sready.tubeは最終ロール加工後の完成 管の断面積)とした、上記ビレットの冷間成形を、最終寸法製品に対してはμ Σ>100の総減少値で、SUPER−TREXまたはTREXタイプの管状中間製品に対して はμΣ<50の総減少値で行い、上記ビレットの初回ロール加工での減少値をμ< 2.0とすると共に、上記ビレットの最終焼きなましをα相ジルコニウムの存在 する温度で行うことを特徴とするジルコニウム合金管の製造方法 2.インゴットの製造、初期ビレット成形のためのβ相成形処理、初期ビレット の熱間型成形による管状ビレットの予備成形、αジルコニウムの存在する温度 での中間焼きなましを伴う管状ビレットの冷間成形、及び完成品を得るための 仕上げを含む多元ジルコニウム合金あるいは2元ジルコニウム合金の管状製品 を製造する方法において、減少値μ=Sbillet/Stube(Sbilletはロール加工 される前のビレットの断面積、Stubeはロール加工後の管の断面積)、及び総 減少値μΣ=Sinit.billet/Sready.tube(Sinit.billetは初めてロール加 工されるビレットの断面積、Sready.tubeは最終ロール加工後の完成管の断面 積)とした、α相または(α+β)相ジルコニウムの存在する温度で熱間型成形 した管状ビレットを、(α+β)相ジルコニウムからβ相ジルコニウムへの相変 態温度を30〜60℃超える温度で焼き入れすると共に、この焼き入れされたビレ ットを機械加工した後にα相ジルコニウムの存在する温度で焼き戻し、上記管 の冷間成形を、最終寸法製品に対してはμΣ>100の総減少値で、SUPER−TREX またはTREXタ イプの管状中間製品に対してはμΣ<50の総減少値で行い、上記ビレットの初 回ロール加工においてはμ<2.0とすると共に、上記ビレットの最終焼きなまし をα相ジルコニウムの存在する温度で行うことを特徴とするジルコニウム合金 管の製造方法
