Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. ガス状プロペンとガス状ハロゲンからハロゲン化アリルを製造する方法で あって、 (a)入口ノズルを介してプロペンを管状ループ反応器に導入し、 (b)管状ループ反応器の壁に設けられ径方向配置された入口開口群であって軸 方向に間隔を置いて配置された幾つかの入口開口群を介し、ガス状ハロゲンを管 状ループ反応器に導入し、 (c)プロペンとハロゲンを反応させ、そして (d)出口開口を介して反応流出物を管状ループ反応器から取出す 工程を含み、任意の反応器容積要素におけるハロゲン濃度を、全ガス混合物に対 し3質量%より小さく維持し、入口ノズルを出るプロペンのガス直線速度を、少 なくとも管状ループ反応器内で連続的な循環を維持するのに十分とする上記方法 。 2. 入口ノズルの近くに設けた出口開口を介して、反応流出物を管状ループ反 応器から取出す、請求の範囲第1項記載の方法。 3. 上記工程(c)の反応を430〜520℃の範囲の温度にて行う、請求の 範囲第1項又は第2項に記載の方法。 4. 各反応器容積要素におけるガス状反応混合物中のハロゲン濃度を、0.5 〜1.5質量%の範囲に維持する、請求の範囲第1〜3項のいずれか一項に記載 の方法。 5. ハロゲン原料の入口温度を80〜110℃の範囲とする、請求の範囲第1 〜4項のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 6. (e)上記工程(d)で取出した反応流出物をパイプ反応器の入口端に導 入し、 (f)パイプ反応器の壁に設けられ径方向配置された入口開口群であって軸方向 に間隔を置いて配置された幾つかの入口開口群を介し、ガス状ハロゲンをパイプ 反応器に導入し、ハロゲンとプロペンを反応させ、そして (g)反応生成物をパイプ反応器の出口端から取出す 工程をさらに含む、請求の範囲第1〜5項のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 7. プロペン原料が、200〜400℃の範囲の温度を有する、請求の範囲第 1〜6項のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 8. ループ反応器内での滞留時間(τloop)が、0.5〜3秒の範囲である、 請求の範囲第1〜7項のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 9. パイプ反応器内での滞留時間(τpipe)が、0.2〜1秒の範囲である、 請求の範囲第6〜8項のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 10. ハロゲンが塩素である、請求の範囲第1〜9項のいずれか一項に記載の 方法。 11. 管状ループ反応器を含む反応器であって、管状ループ反応器は、少なく とも1つの入口ノズル、管状ループ反応器の壁に設けられ径方向配置された入口 開口群であって軸方向に間隔を置いて配置された幾つかの入口開口群、及び出口 開口を備えた上記反応器。 12. 群数が、2〜15の範囲、好ましくは6〜12の範囲にある、請求の範 囲第11項記載の反応器。 13. 開放端パイプ反応器をさらに含み、その入口端は、出口開口と流体連通 している、請求の範囲第11項又は第12項に記載の反応器。 14. ループ反応器の内径とパイプ反応器の内径の比が、4:1から3:2ま での範囲にあり、パイプ反応器の容積に対する管状ループ反応器の容積の比が、 6〜9の範囲にある、請求の範囲第13項記載の反応器。
