Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.第1と第2の流体口を含む可撓性のグロース・チャンバ中の細胞と組織の培 養およびその生育の促進のための装置であって、 可撓性のグロース・チャンバ中への流体の均等な配分を維持し、これによって 細胞と組織の均等な生育を促進するように、可撓性のグロース・チャンバに接触 させた複数のスペーサ部材と、 注入口及びグロース・チャンバの第1の口に合わせた複数の排出口を備えた、 グロース・チャンバに均一に流体を供給するための注入マニホルドと、 グロース・チャンバの第2の口にそれぞれ合わせた複数の注入口を備えた排出 マニホルドと、 複数のスペーサ部材を注入および排出マニホルドをつなぐための支持部材とか らなる装置。 2.複数のグロース・チャンバをさらに含み、このグロース・チャンバは、 グロース・チャンバの中への流体の流入のための第1の口と、 流体のグロース・チャンバからの流出のための第2の口と、 それぞれが、基板の上での三次元組織の生育を促進するようにした基板を収容 する形状および寸法である、グロース・チャンバ内の複数の生育区画と、 複数の生育区画と第1および第2の口とを流体的に接続する内部流路からなる 請求項1の装置。 3.細胞と組織の生育のための少なくとも1つの区画の範囲を定める所定の境界 に沿って結合された可撓性の前方および後方シートを含むグロース・チャンバを さらに含む請求項1の装置。 4.注入マニホルドの注入口と流体連通する流体の供給源と、 注入マニホルドの注入口に流体を供給するための流体輸送手段とをさらに含む 請求項1の装置。 5.流体輸送手段が、流体ポンプからなる請求項4の装置。 6.スペーサ部材間の所定の距離を持続し維持する形状および寸法である第2の 支持部材をさらに含む請求項1の装置。 7.スペーサ部材が、該部材間の所定の距離を持続し維持する形状および寸法で ある請求項1の装置。 8.注入および排出マニホルドが、スペーサ部材間の所定の距離を持続し維持す る形状および寸法である請求項1の装置。 9.支持部材が、スペーサ部材と注入および排出マニホルドからなる請求項1の 装置。 10.支持部材が、スペーサと注入および排出マニホルドを接続するための棒材 である請求項1の装置。 11.排出マニホルドが、処理中に装置から空気を除去するためのエアフィルタ をさらに含む請求項1の装置。 12.排出マニホルドが、排出マニホルドに入る過剰な流体を受け入れるための オーバーフロー容器と流体連通する排出口をさらに含む請求項1の装置。 13.排出マニホルドが、装置内に閉鎖型の流体環状路を形成するために流体供 給源と流体連通する排出口をさらに含む請求 項4の装置。 14.可撓性の前方および後方璧によって画定される、それぞれが流体を通すた めの第1の口及び第2の口を有する複数のグロース・チャンバと、 注入口及びそれぞれがグロース・チャンバの第1の口の1つに流体連通してい る複数の排出口を備えた注入マニホルドと、 注入マニホルドの注入口と流体連通している流体供給源と、 注入マニホルドの注入口へ流体を供給するための流体輸送手段と、 それぞれがグロース・チャンバの第2の口の1つと流体連通している複数の注 入口を備えた排出マニホルドとからなる細胞と組織の生育を促進するための装置 。 15.グロース・チャンバのそれぞれが、所定の境界に沿って結合された前方お よび後方壁によって画定される複数の生育区画と、 複数の生育セルを流体的に接続し、複数の生育区画と第1および第2の口をさ らに接続する内部流路とをさらに含む請求項14の装置。 16.グロース・チャンバ内への均等な流体分配が維持されるように各複数のチ ャンバの前方および後方壁と接触して位置させた複数のスペーサ部材をさらに含 む請求項14の装置。 17.排出マニホルドが、処理中に装置から空気を無菌除去するためのエアフィ ルタを含む請求項14の装置。 18.閉鎖型の流体結合が、流体供給源と流体輸送手段との間、 流体輸送手段と注入マニホルドとの間、注入マニホルドの各排出口のそれぞれと チャンバの第1の口の1つとの間、チャンバの各第2の口と排出マニホルドの注 入口の1つとの間に提供される請求項14の装置。 19.排出マニホルドが、排出マニホルドに入る過剰な流体を受け入れるための オバーフロー容器と流体連通している排出口をさらに含む請求項14の装置。 20.排出マニホルドが、装置内に閉鎖型の流体環状流路を形成するために流体 供給源と流体連通する排出口をさらに含む請求項14の装置。 21.複数のスペーサ部材を注入および排出マニホルドと接続するための支持部 材をさらに含む請求項16の装置。 22.支持部材が、スペーサ部材と注入および排出マニホルドからなる請求項2 1の装置。 23.請求項1から22までのいずれかによる装置を用いることを特徴とする、 細胞と組織の培養およびその生育の促進のための方法。
