Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 管状ミル中で、水及び石膏を、またできる限り減水剤をも同時に加えなが ら、セメントクリンカーを粉砕することによってセメントクリンカーを処理する 方法であって、該クリンカーの粉砕中に約9〜13のpHを有する水を注入する ことを特徴とする、上記方法。 2. 電気分解して約9〜13のpH値に調整した水を注入する、請求項1記載 の方法。 3. 粉砕工程中にミクロフィル剤及び/又は減水剤を添加する、請求項1又は 2に記載の方法。 4. ミクロフィル剤及び/又は減水剤の一部を、約9〜13の高いpH値を有 する水と混合してスラリーを形成し、次いで該スラリーを、粉砕工程中、ミルの 中に、乾燥状態のミクロフィル剤及び/又は減水剤と一緒に注入する、請求項3 記載の方法。 5. [固形分]対[スラリー]の比が[95重量%:5重量%]〜[85重量 %:15重量%]の範囲内にある、請求項4記載の方法。 6. スラリーの液相が該スラリーの重量に対して50%を越える、請求項4又 は5に記載の方法。 7. 高炉スラグ、石灰石等のSiO2含有物質の形をしたミクロフィル剤を、 装填されるミクロフィル剤、減水剤及び水の合計重量の80%以下に相当する量 で、ミルに装填する、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 8. ナフタレン、メラミン又は両者の混合物を含有するリグノスルホネートベ ースポリマー等の、ポリマー形態の減水剤を、装填されるミクロフィル剤、減水 剤及び水の合計重量の5%に相当する量で、ミルに装填する、請求項1〜7のい ずれか1項に記載の方法。 9. 減水剤をスラリー化し、次いで、得られたスラリーを電気分解して約9〜 13のpH値が得られるようにし、次いで、該スラリーを管状ミルに注入する、 請求項8記載の方法。
