Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.刻み煙草、特に、葉巻用の膨潤刻み煙草を乾燥する機械(1)において: 内部に、長手方向に延びるとともに下方に向かって収束する両傾斜側壁部(9 )によりチャンバ(8)を画定するとともに入口端部(6)及び出口端部(7) を有する、トンネル構造体(2); 上記トンネル構造体(2)の内部で上記両傾斜側壁部(9)の下端部(9b) に隣接して延びる、上記入口端部から出口端部へ刻み煙草(T)の層流を運搬す るようにした、実質的に水平なコンベヤー(10);並びに 換気システムであって、上記コンベヤー(10)の上方に延びる、送出マニホ ルド(16)と、上記両傾斜側壁部(9)の下端部(9a)間で上記送出マニホ ルド(16)から上記コンベヤー(10)まで予め定められた間隔をもって延び る、実質的に垂直なチューブアレイ(17)と、上記チューブアレイ(17)の 両側部で上記両傾斜側壁部(9)の上方に位置した上記チャンバ(8)の両側部 と連絡する帰還マニホルド(18)と、上記帰還マニホルド(18)の出口(2 3)と送出マニホルド(16)間に配置されて上記チューブアレイ(17)を介 して上記コンベヤー(10)に向けて調整空気流を供給するようにした、空調再 循環手段(20−25)とにより形成された換気システム(16−25)を有し 、 使用時、上記チューブアレイ(17)から送出された空気が上記コンベヤー( 10)上に煙草(T)の層流を流動させるための空気床を創成する一方、上記チ ューブアレイ(17)から噴射される空気が上記チャンバ(8)の両側部を介し て上記帰還マニホルド(18)に戻され、上記チャンバ(8)の両側部における 戻り空気流により運搬された煙草粒子が重力により上記両傾斜側壁部(9)上に 落下して上記コンベヤー(10)上を流下するように構成した、刻み煙草乾燥機 。 2.コンベヤー(10)がチャンバ(8)の両傾斜側壁部(9)の下端部(9a 、9b)に実質的に気密封止して連結された両側壁部(11a)により形成された 、溝形要素(11)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の乾燥機。 3.コンベヤー(10)の溝形要素(11)が、トンネル構造体(2)の出口端 部に向かって下方に僅かに傾斜するように形成されるとともに固定支持構造体に 振動可能に装着されたことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の乾燥機。 4.送出マニホルド(16)及び帰還マニホルド(18)がチャンバ(8)の上 方に長手方向に延びるように設けられたことを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項3 のいずれかに記載の乾燥機。 5.空調再循環手段(20−25)がコンベヤー(10)の下方に配置された、 空気処理用のモータ駆動ファン(20)及び複合体(24)を含むことを特徴と する、請求項1〜請求項4のいずれかに記載の乾燥機。 6.戻し空気によって運ばれる煙草粒子を保留し又ははじき返すようにした濾過 格子(30)がチャンバ(8)内で両傾斜側壁部(9)の上方に配置されたこと を特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項5のいずれかに記載の乾燥機。 7.空気圧清掃装置(40−44)が濾過格子(30)と組み合わされたことを 特徴とする、請求項6に記載の乾燥機。 8.濾過格子(30)が実質的に円形断面を有するアーチ状に形成される一方、 組合せ清掃装置(40−44)が上記濾過格子(30)に向けて空気を噴射する 一連の開口を有する振動チューブ(40)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項7に 記載の乾燥機。 9.換気システムが複数の空調再循環装置(20、24)を含み、該各空調再循 環装置がトンネル構造体(2)の長手方向に沿った部分及び該トンネル構造体( 2)内に画定されたチャンバ(8)と組み合わされたことを特徴とする、請求項 1〜請求項8のいずれかに記載の乾燥機。 10.各空調再循環装置(20、24)が当該再循環装置内での空気の処理特性 を微分制御することを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の乾燥機。
