Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ビーム電流負荷により悪影響を受けがちなアノード電圧を作る高電圧パルス を発生するために結合された、スイッチされた出力回路及びフライバックトラン スと; 前記フライバックトランスに結合され、フライバックパルスに応答してビーム 電流の負荷がかけられている前記高電圧パルスの形と大きさを追跡するサンプル パルスを発生する手段と; 前記アノード電圧を追跡する前記サンプルパルスに応答した補正電圧を発生す る手段と; 前記補正電圧に応答してラスタひずみを補正する手段とを有する高電圧システ ム。 2.前記サンプルパルスは、ビーム電流負荷がかけられた状態で、前記高電圧パ ルスの大きさを追跡する請求項1記載の回路。 3.前記ラスタ補正方法はE−W補正回路を有する請求項1記載の回路。 4.前記ラスタ補正方法は高電圧調整器を有する請求項1記載の回路。 5.前記ラスタ補正方法は高電圧調整器とE−W補正回路を有する請求項1記載 の回路。 6.前記高電圧調整器及び前記E−W補正回路は前記補正電圧に応答する請求項 5記載の回路。 7.前記ラスタひずみはラスタブリージングである請求項1記載の 回路。 8.前記サンプルパルス発生手段は直列インピーダンス網を有する請求項1記載 の回路。 9.前記インピーダンス網はインダクタと抵抗を有する請求項8記載の回路。 10.前記補正電圧発生手段は整流器を有する請求項1記載の回路。 11.前記補正電圧発生手段は前記整流器の出力に結合したフィルタを更に有す る請求項10記載の回路。 12.前記直列インピーダンス網を前記高電圧巻線に交流結合する手段を更に有 する請求項8記載の回路。 13.前記補正電圧発生手段に応答してインピーダンスを変換し、前記ラスタ補 正手段に接続する変換手段を更に有する請求項1記載の回路。 14.前記変換手段はトランジスタを有する請求項13記載の回路。 15.前記変換手段は前記補正電圧発生手段の電圧変動による温度変動を補正す る請求項13記載の回路。 16.ビーム電流負荷により悪影響を受けがちなアノード電圧を作る高電圧パル スを発生するために結合された、水平出力回路及び一次巻線、高電圧巻線及び低 電圧巻線を有するフライバックトランスと; 前記高電圧に形が対応し大きさが比例するサンプルパルスを発生するための前 記低電圧巻線に結合したインピーダンスを有する手段と; 前記インピーダンスを前記高電圧巻線に交流結合する手段と; 前記アノード電圧を追跡する前記サンプルパルスに応答して整流電圧を発生す る手段と; 前記整流電圧を前記高電圧巻線に直流結合する手段と; 前記整流電圧に応答してラスタひずみを補正する手段とを有する高電圧システ ム。 17.前記交流結合手段はキャパシタを有する請求項16記載の回路。 18.前記整流電圧発生手段は整流器とフィルタを有する請求項16記載の回路 。 19.前記直流結合手段は抵抗を有する請求項16記載の回路。
