Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 微粉砕力を発生する加圧乱流フロー反応器内でピリチオン又はピリチオン の水溶性塩と水溶性多価金属塩を反応させ、前記反応がピリチオン塩のサブミク ロンサイズの粒子を生成する、ことを特徴とする、ピリチオン塩のサブミクロン サイズ粒子の製造方法。 2. ピリチオンの前記水溶性塩が、ナトリウムピリチオン、カリウムピリチオ ン、リチウムピリチオン、アンモニウムピリチオン、及びそれらの組合せからな る群から選ばれる、請求項1の方法。 3. 前記水溶性多価金属塩が、亜鉛塩、錫塩、カドミウム塩、ビスマス塩、銅 塩、ジルコニウム塩、マグネシウム塩、アルミニウム塩、硝酸塩、酢酸塩、硫酸 塩、ハライド塩、及びそれらの組合せからなる群から選ばれた2価塩であること を特徴とする、請求項1の方法。 4. 前記2価塩が、硫酸亜鉛、塩化亜鉛、酢酸亜鉛、塩化銅、及びそれらの組 合せからなる群から選ばれることを特徴とする、請求項3の方法。 5. 前記反応工程が更に、重合アルキルナフタレンスルホン酸のナトリウム塩 及びそれらの組合せからなる群から選ばれた分散剤を加えることを含んでいるこ とを特徴とする、請求項1の方法。 6. 前記分散剤が界面活性剤とのブレンドで存在することを特徴とする、請求 項5の方法。 7. 前記ピリチオン又はピリチオンの水溶性塩-対-前記水溶性多価金属塩の比 率が約1:2から約1:8までの範囲にあることを特徴とする、請求項1の方法 。 8. 更に、ピリチオン塩の前記サブミクロン粒子を単離する工程を特徴とする 、請求項1の方法。 9. 前記加圧乱流フロー反応器内に維持される圧力が1000psiより大き いことを特徴とする、請求項1の方法。 10.前記反応工程が約0℃〜約23℃の温度で行われることを特徴とする請求 項1の方法。 11.前記微粉砕力が、剪断力、衝撃力、キャビテーション力、ソニケーション 力、及びそれらの組合せからなる群から選ばれることを特徴とする、請求項1の 方法。 12.ピリチオン塩の前記サブミクロンサイズの粒子が約0.03μm〜約0. 95μmの範囲のサイズを有することを特徴とする、請求項1の方法。 13.ピリチオン塩の前記サブミクロンサイズの粒子が約0.04μm〜約0. 88μmの範囲のサイズを有することを特徴とする、請求項12の方法。 14.ピリチオン塩の前記サブミクロンサイズの粒子が約0.30pm〜約0. 45μmの範囲のサイズを有することを特徴とする、請求項13の方法。 15.基材流体と、請求項1の方法によって製造されたピリチオン塩のサブミク ロンサイズの粒子とを特徴とする、シャンプー又はスキンケア組成物。 16.前記基材流体が、界面活性剤、分散剤及びそれらの組合せからなる群から 選ばれることを特徴とする、請求項15の組成物。 17.微粉砕力を発生する加圧乱流フロー反応器内で、ピリチオンまたはピリチ オンの水溶性塩と、硫酸亜鉛、塩化亜鉛、酢酸亜鉛、塩化銅、及びそれらの組合 せからなる群から選ばれた水溶性亜鉛塩とを反応させ、前記乱流フロー反応器が 約18,000psi〜約23,000psiの圧力かつ約0℃〜約23℃の温 度に維持され、前記反応が亜鉛ピリチオンのサブミクロンサイズの粒子を生成す る、ことを特徴とする、亜鉛ピリチオンのサブミクロンサイズ粒子の製造方法。 18.ピリチオンの前記水溶性塩が、ナトリウムピリチオン、カリウムピリチオ ン、リチウムピリチオン、アンモニウムピリチオン、及びそれらの組合せからな る群から選ばれる、請求項17の方法。 19.前記反応工程が更に、重合アルキルナフタレンスルホン酸のナトリウム塩 及びそれらの組合せからなる群から選ばれた分散剤を加えることを含んでいるこ とを特徴とする、請求項17の方法。 20.前記分散剤が界面活性剤とのブレンドで存在することを特徴とする、請求 項19の方法。 21.前記ピリチオン又はピリチオンの水溶性塩-対-水溶性多価金属塩の比率が 約1:2から約1:8までの範囲にあることを特徴とする、請求項17の方法。 22.更に、亜鉛ピリチオンの前記サブミクロン粒子を単離する工程を特徴とす る、請求項17の方法。 23.前記微粉砕力が、剪断力、衝撃力、キャビテーション力、ソニケーション 力、及びそれらの組合せからなる群から選ばれることを特徴とする、請求項17 の方法。 24.亜鉛ピリチオンの前記サブミクロン粒子が約0.03μm〜約0.95μ mの範囲のサイズを有することを特徴とする、請求項17の方法。 25.亜鉛ピリチオンの前記サブミクロン粒子が約0.04μm〜約0.88μ mの範囲のサイズを有することを特徴とする、請求項24の方法。 26.亜鉛ピリチオンの前記サブミクロン粒子が約0.30μm〜約0.45μ mの範囲のサイズを有することを特徴とする、請求項25の方法。 27.基材流体と請求項17の方法によって製造された亜鉛ピリチオンのサブミ クロンサイズの粒子とを特徴とする、シャンプー又はスキンケア組成物。 28.前記基材流体が、界面活性剤、分散剤及びそれらの組合せからなる群から 選ばれることを特徴とする、請求項27の組成物。
