Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. a)水、 b)ビニル、アルキド、エポキシ、アクリル、ポリウレタン、ポリエステル樹 脂、及びそれらの組合せからなる群から選ばれた樹脂である基本媒体、 c)組成物の重量を基準にして0.01%〜2.0%の量のピリチオン塩、及 び d)コーティング組成物の重量を基準にして0.001%〜10%の濃度の、 塗料製造に適する多数の等級から選ばれた酸化亜鉛化合物、 を特徴としている水性コーティング組成物。 2. 前記酸化亜鉛がコーティング組成物の重量を基準にして0.001%〜3 %の量で存在することを特徴とする、請求項1のコーティング組成物。 3. 前記酸化亜鉛がコーティング組成物の重量を基準にして0.02%〜0. 5%の量で存在することを特徴とする、請求項1のコーティング組成物。 4. 前記酸化亜鉛がコーティング組成物の重量を基準にして0.002%〜0 .2%の量で存在することを特徴とする、請求項1のコーティング組成物。 5. 前記コーティング組成物がポリマーラテックスを含んでいることを特徴と する、請求項1のコーティング組成物。 6. 前記組成物が更に、ヨードプロピルブチルカルバメート(「IPBC」) 、n−オクチルイソチアゾリン−オン(「OIT」)、メチレンチオシアネート (「MTC」)、チオシアノメチルチオベンゾチアゾール(「TCMTB」)、 チアゾリルベンズイミダゾール(「TBZ」)、ベンズイミダゾリルカルバミン 酸メチルエステル(「BCM」)、トリアゾール、例えばクロロフェニルエチル ジメチルエチルトリアゾールエタノール、置換トリアゾリン、例えばt−ブチル アミノシクロプロピルアミノメチルチオ−s−トリアゾール、及びジクロロフェ ニルジメチルウレア、及びそれらの組合せからなる群から選ばれた補助殺生物剤 を含有することを特徴とする、請求項1のコーティング組成物。 7. ビニル、アルキド、エポキシ、アクリル、ポリエステル樹脂、及びそれら の組合せからなる群から選ばれた樹脂を含んでいる塗料であるピリチオン含有コ ーティング組成物の乾燥皮膜の、前記ピリチオンの紫外光崩壊に起因する変色を 抑制する方法であって、前記コーティング組成物の中に、有機酸の亜鉛塩、無機 酸の亜鉛塩、水酸化亜鉛、酸化亜鉛、及びそれらの組合せからなる群から選ばれ た亜鉛化合物の有効量を組み入れこと、前記亜鉛化合物が前記コーティング組成 物の中にコーティング組成物の重量を基準にして0.001%〜10%の量で使 用されることを特徴とする、前記方法。 8. 前記亜鉛化合物が、酸化亜鉛、水酸化亜鉛、酢酸亜鉛、硫酸亜鉛、塩化亜 鉛、及びそれらの組合せからなる群から選ばれることを特徴とする、請求項7の 方法。 9. ビニル、アルキド、エポキシ、アクリル、ポリエステル樹脂、およびそれ らの組合せからなる群から選ばれた樹脂を含んでいる塗料であり、第二鉄イオン 、第二銅イオン、およびそれらの組合せからなる群から選ばれた溶解金属イオン を含有しており、且つピリチオンを含有している、水性の抗菌性組成物において 望ましくない変色を除去する方法であって、前記組成物を前記組成物中の前記溶 解金属イオンの量に少なくとも等しいモル量の亜鉛イオンと接触させること、前 記亜鉛イオンの前記量が前記組成物中の100ppm〜10,000ppmであ ることを特徴とする、前記方法。 10.前記亜鉛イオンは、有機酸の亜鉛塩、無機酸の亜鉛塩、水酸化亜鉛、酸化 亜鉛、及びそれらの組合せからなる群から選ばれた亜鉛化合物を前記組成物の中 に組み入れることにより付与されることを特徴とする、請求項9の方法。 11.水性塗料、接着剤、コーキング材及びシーラント、及びそれらの組合せか らなる群から選ばれた水性の抗菌性コーティング組成物であって、水、ピリチオ ン塩又は酸、有機性基本媒体及び亜鉛化合物を含有していること、前記亜鉛イオ ンがコーティング組成物の重量を基準にして0.001%〜10%の量で前記組 成物中に存在することを特徴とし、防カビ効力と、その中のピリチオンの存在に 起因する変色を生じないように防護されていることとを特徴とする前記コーティ ング組成物。 12.木質、金属、プラスチックの基体、及びそれらの組合せからなる群から選 ばれた基体と、前記基体上の塗膜とを含んでいるコートされた基体であって、前 記塗膜がピリチオンと、有機酸の亜鉛塩、無機酸の亜鉛塩、水酸化亜鉛、酸化亜 鉛、及びそれらの組合せからなる群から選ばれた亜鉛化合物とを特徴とし、前記 亜鉛化合物がコーティング組成物の重量を基準にして0.001%〜10%の量 で前記塗膜の中に存在していることを特徴とする、前記コートされた基体。
