Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 管腔面と外面を有する細長い形状の膨張性部材と、 前記部材の前記管腔面及び前記外面のうちの少なくとも一方の面上に配置され た、粘膜下組織源から採取されたコラーゲン系マトリックス構造物とからなり、 前記部材の膨張は前記部材の円周を増大させる、 ことを特徴とする人工器官器具。 2. 前記細長い部材は脈管ステントである、 ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の人工器官器具。 3. 前記コラーゲン系マトリックス構造物は、粘膜下組織源から採取された 腸管粘膜下組織からなる、 ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の人工器官器具。 4. 前記粘膜下組織は前記ステントの外面及び管腔面の両方を被覆する、 ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の人工器官器具。 5. 前記マトリックス構造物は、前記ステントの管腔面及び外面の周囲に長 手方向に捲回された粘膜下組織のストリップからなる、 ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の人工器官器具。 6. 前記マトリックス構造物は、粘膜下組織の重複ストリップからなる、 ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の人工器官器具。 7. 前記ステントを膨張させる手段は、前記人工器官器具を最小の円周に片 寄らせる解放可能なスプリング機構からなる、 ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の人工器官器具。 8. 前記マトリックス構造物は、ステントの少なくとも一方の表面上に配置 された流動化粘膜下組織からなる、 ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の人工器官器具。 9. 前記ステント上の前記マトリックス構造物には、前記細長部材が膨張さ れたときに、ステントの管腔とステントの外部との間の流体伝達をもたらす、複 数のスリットが配設されている、 ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の人工器官器具。 10. 前記マトリックス構造物は精製されている、 ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のデバイス。 11. 前記マトリックス構造物の汚染物質レベルは、前記精製構造物を生体適 合性にする、 ことを特徴とする請求項10に記載のデバイス。 12. 前前マトリックス構造物の内毒素レベルは、1グラム当たり12内毒素 未満である、 ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のデバイス。 13. 前記成熟構造物のバイオバーデンレベルは、1グラム当たり2コロニー 生成(CFU)未満である、 ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のデバイス。 14. ステントの管腔面及び外面のうちの少なくとも一方の面上に、粘膜下組 織源から採取されたコラーゲン系マトリックス構造物を配置した、 ことを特徴とする脈管ステント。 15. 前記マトリックス構造物は精製されている、 ことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の脈管ステント。 16. 前記マトリックス構造物のループを形成するために、前記マトリックス 構造物のストリップを前記ステントの管腔面及び外面のうちの少なくとも一方の 面の周囲に長手方向に捲回し、前記マトリックス構造物の各ループは前記マトリ ックス構造物の隣接ループと部分的に重複している、 ことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の脈管ステント。 17. 前記マトリックス構造物の層は管として形成され、前記管には複数の長 手方向スリットが配設されている、 ことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の脈管ステント。 18. 前記長手方向スリットは形状が概ね均一であり、互いに等距離間隔に配 置されている、 ことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の脈管ステント。 19. 前記ステントは前記マトリックス構造物の撚りストリップ又は編組スト リップにより被覆されている、 ことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の脈管ステント。
