Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.リム(3)及びスポーク・システム(2)を具備して、該スポーク・シス テム(2)が、ハブ(1)とリム(3)の間で力を伝達するための少なくとも1 つの輪郭部材(2.1〜2.18)を有するようにした車輪構造であって、前記部分(2 .1〜2.18,3)が本質的に剛性の構造の中に結合され或いは結合され得るように したことを特徴とする車輪構造。 2.少なくとも1つの輪郭部材が、中実であるか、半分であるか又は中空の輪 郭(6,7)から、それに対応する断面を備えて、所定の長さに切断されるよう にした請求の範囲第1項記載の車輪構造。 3.少なくとも1つの輪郭部材が、平坦な輪郭の断片又は平坦な打抜き加工材 から、圧延及び/又は曲げ加工及び/又は鍛造によって製造されるようにした請 求の範囲第1項記載の車輪構造。 4.少なくとも1つの輪郭部材(2.1〜2.18)が、ハブ(1)及び/又はリム (3)だけでなく、任意選択的には隣接する輪郭部材に対しても、好適には、相 互接続され、或いは係合するようにした請求の範囲第1項〜第3項のいずれかに 記載の車輪構造。 5.少なくとも1つの輪郭部材(2.1〜2.18)が、ハブ(1)及び/又はリム (3)だけでなく、任意選択的には隣接する輪郭部材に対しても、ネジ止めされ 、リベット止めされ、及び/又は一体的に及び/又は確実に相互接続されるよう にした請求の範囲第4項記載の車輪構造。 6.前記輪郭部材が、少なくとも部分的には、U字形又はV字形(2.1,2.10 )、円形(2.1,2.4,2.6)、ディスク形状(2.8,2.9)、水滴形状(2.5)、多 角形(2.3,2.7)又はループ状の湾曲であるようにした請求の範囲第1項〜第5 項のいずれかに記載の車輪構造。 7.少なくとも個別的な輪郭部材(2.1〜2.18)の軸方向表面が、車輪軸(A )に対して傾斜した角度で方向付けされ、或いはそれに対して湾曲されるように した請求の範囲第1項〜第4項のいずれかに記載の車輪構造。 8.前記輪郭部材(2.2)が、数個の平面の中に連続的に配置されるようにし た請求の範囲第1項〜第7項のいずれかに記載の車輪構造。 9.単数又は複数個の該輪郭部材(2.1〜2.18)が、少なくとも部分的には、 スチール、軽金属、又は軽金属合金によって形成されるようにした請求の範囲第 1項〜第8項のいずれかに記載の車輪構造。 10.少なくとも1つの輪郭部材の壁の厚さ寸法が、全体的に一様ではなく、 該予測される応力及び荷重に対して適応されるようにした請求の範囲第1項〜第 9項のいずれかに記載の車輪構造。 11.特にスポーク・システム(2.18)とリム(3)の間の接続部(B,C) である様々な部分の間における接続部の少なくとも1つが、容易に移動できる取 り付け状態において圧縮的に予荷重を掛けられるようにした請求の範囲第4項〜 第10項のいずれかに記載の車輪構造。 12.車軸構造の部分(7,7.1,7.2)を車軸側ハブ部分として含んでなり、 該予荷重及び本質的に剛性の構造が、該スポーク・システム(2.18)及び/又は 車輪側ハブ部分に該車軸側ハブ部分によって筋交いを入れることによって獲得さ れるようにした請求の範囲第11項記載の車輪構造。 13.スポーク・システム(2.18)に該車軸構造の前記部分によって筋交いを 入れる際に、該スポーク・システムの中における中央開口が、チャックの態様で 半径方向に締め付けられ、結果として、該スポーク・システム及びリムが、該車 軸構造のジャーナルにおいて中央心出しされるようにした請求の範囲第12項記 載の車輪構造。 14.ハブ(1)が、該スポーク・システム(2)に対して取外し可能に接続 される交換可能な部分を有するようにした請求の範囲第1項〜第13項のいずれ かに記載の車輪構造。 15.請求の範囲第1項〜第14項のいずれかに記載の車輪構造のスポーク・シ ステム。
