Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 約200g/cm2から約400g/cm2までの基本重量、約0.35g/ccから約0.40g/ccまで の密度及び約3700未満のガーレイ剛性(mg)対密度(g/cc)の比を有する吸収材 料であって、その材料がパルプの下層、パルプ及びパルプ中に配置された超 吸収材料の中間層、並びにパルプの上層としてエアーレイされることを特徴 とする吸収材料。 2. パルプが約100未満のカッパー値を有する請求の範囲第1項に記載の材料。 3. a)約40重量%から約90重量%までのセルロース繊維、及び b)約10重量%から約60重量%までの超吸収材料を含む吸収材料であって、吸 収材料が約10重量%未満の水分、約0.25g/ccより大きい密度、約3700未満の ガーレイ剛性(mg)対密度(g/cc)の比及び約12ニュートンより大きいパッド保 全性を有することを特徴とする吸収材料。 4. a)約40重量%から約90重量%までのセルロース繊維、及び b)約10重量%から約60重量%までの超吸収材料を含む吸収材料であって、吸 収材料が約10重量%未満の水分、約0.25g/ccより大きい密度、約3700未満の ガーレイ剛性(mg)対密度(g/cc)の比を有し、かつその吸収材料が10分間振と うした後に超吸収材料の約85重量%より多くを保持することを特徴とする吸 収材料。 5. a)約40重量%から約90重量%までのセルロース繊維、及び b)約10重量%から約60重量%までの超吸収材料を含む吸収材料であって、吸 収材料が約10重量%未満の水分、約0.25g/ccより大きい密度、約3700未満の ガーレイ剛性(mg)対密度(g/cc)の比、約25.0より大きいパッド保全性(ニュ ートン)対密度(g/cc)の比及び吸収材料1グラム当り少なくとも7グラムの 5インチにおける45°吸い上げ分布を有することを特徴とする吸収材料。 6. セルロース繊維の少なくとも一部が約65%未満の相対結晶性を有する請求の 範囲第3項〜第5項のいずれかに記載の材料。 7. 約100g/m2から約500g/m2までの基本重量、約0.25g/ccから約0.50g/ccま での密度を有する吸収材料であって、材料が約100未満のカッパー値を有す るパルプから得られたセルロース繊維を含むコアー及びコアーの外表面に重 ねられたティッシュの層を含み、セルロース繊維の少なくとも一部が約65% 未満の相対結晶性を有することを特徴とする吸収材料。 8. コアーが約40重量%から約100重量%までのセルロース繊維及び約0重量% から約60重量%までの超吸収材料を含む請求の範囲第7項に記載の材料。 9. コアーが約50重量%から約80重量%までのセルロース繊維及び約20重量%か ら約50重量%までの超吸収材料を含む請求の範囲第8項に記載の材料。 10.約0.7g-1より大きい柔軟性を有する請求の範囲第1項〜第9項のいずれかに 記載の材料。 11.ティッシュがクレープティッシュである請求の範囲第7項に記載の材料。 12.約0.25g/ccから約0.5g/ccまでの密度及び約0.7g-4より大きい柔軟性を有す る吸収材料であって、材料が実質的に a)約40重量%から約90重量%までのセルロース繊維(その繊維の少なくとも 一部は約100未満のカッパー値を有するパルプから得られ、そのセルロー ス繊維の一部は約65%未満の相対結晶性を有する)、及び b)約10重量%から約60重量%までの超吸収材料からなることを特徴とする吸 収材料。 13.少なくとも約6000エルグ/gの標準化乾燥力エネルギーを有する請求の範囲第 1項〜第12項のいずれかに記載の材料。 14.少なくとも約3000エルグ/gの標準化吸上エネルギーを有する請求の範囲第1 項〜第12項のいずれかに記載の材料。 15.少なくとも約6000エルグ/gの標準化乾燥力エネルギー及び少なくとも3000エ ルグ/gの標準化吸上エネルギーを有する請求の範囲第1項〜第12項のいずれ かに記載の材料。 16.約0.25g/ccから約0.5g/ccまでの密度、約200g/m2から約500g/m2までの基本 重量、約0.7g-1より大きい柔軟性、少なくとも約6000エルグ/gの標準 化乾燥力エネルギー及び少なくとも約3000エルグ/gの標準化吸上エネルギー を有する吸収材料であって、材料が実質的に a)約60重量%から約90重量%までのセルロース繊維(その繊維の少なくとも 一部は約100未満のカッパー値を有するパルプから得られ、そのセルロー ス繊維の一部は約65%未満の相対結晶性を有する); b)約10重量%から約40重量%までの超吸収材料;及び c)約3重量%から約20重量%までの吸収材料を含むティッシュの層からなる ことを特徴とする吸収材料。 17.ティッシュがクレープティッシュである請求の範囲第16項に記載の材料。 18.セルロース繊維が約60%未満の相対結晶性を有する請求の範囲第3項〜第17 項のいずれかに記載の材料。 19.セルロース繊維が約50%未満の相対結晶性を有する請求の範囲第3項〜第17 項のいずれかに記載の材料。 20.セルロース繊維が約40%未満の相対結晶性を有する請求の範囲第3項〜第17 項のいずれかに記載の材料。 21.セルロース繊維の少なくとも一部が約75未満のカッパー値を有するパルプか ら得られる請求の範囲第3項〜第17項のいずれかに記載の材料。 22.セルロース繊維の少なくとも一部が約50未満のカッパー値を有するパルプか ら得られる請求の範囲第3項〜第17項のいずれかに記載の材料。 23.セルロース繊維の少なくとも一部が約10未満のカッパー値を有するパルプか ら得られる請求の範囲第3項〜第17項のいずれかに記載の材料。 24.セルロース繊維の少なくとも一部が約2.5未満のカッパー値を有するパルプ から得られる請求の範囲第3項〜第17項のいずれかに記載の材料。 25.セルロース繊維の少なくとも一部がパルプの懸濁液を約5分から約60分まで の範囲の時間の期間にわたって約15℃から約60℃までの温度で前記溶液の約 2重量%から約25重量%までのアルカリ金属塩濃度を有するアルカリ金属塩 水溶液で処理する工程を含む方法によりつくられた請求の範囲第3項〜第24 項のいずれかに記載の材料。 26.セルロース繊維の少なくとも一部がフラッシュ乾燥された請求の範囲第3 項〜第24項のいずれかに記載の材料。 27.繊維の少なくとも25%がその方法によりつくられる請求の範囲第25項に記載 の材料。 28.繊維の少なくとも40%がその方法によりつくられる請求の範囲第27項に記載 の材料。 29.繊維の少なくとも50%がその方法によりつくられる請求の範囲第28項に記載 の材料。 30.約100g/m2から約250g/m2までの基本重量を有する請求の範囲第3項〜第29項 のいずれかに記載の材料。 31.約350g/m2から約450g/m2までの基本重量を有する請求の範囲第3項〜第29項 のいずれかに記載の材料。 32.約0.30g/ccから約0.45g/ccまでの密度を有する請求の範囲第3項〜第31項の いずれかに記載の材料。 33.約0.35g/ccから約0.45g/ccまでの密度を有する請求の範囲第32項に記載の材 料。 34.約20重量%から約40重量%までの超吸収材料を含む請求の範囲第1項〜第33 項のいずれかに記載の材料。 35.少なくとも7000エルグ/gの標準化乾燥力エネルギーを有する請求の範囲第1 項〜第34項のいずれかに記載の材料。 36.少なくとも8000エルグ/gの標準化乾燥力エネルギーを有する請求の範囲第35 項に記載の材料。 37.少なくとも9000エルグ/gの標準化乾燥力エネルギーを有する請求の範囲第36 項に記載の材料。 38.少なくとも10000エルグ/gの標準化乾燥力エネルギーを有する請求の範囲第 37項に記載の材料。 39.少なくとも3500エルグ/gの標準化吸上エネルギーを有する請求の範囲第1項 〜第38項のいずれかに記載の材料。 40.少なくとも4000エルグ/gの標準化吸上エネルギーを有する請求の範囲第39項 に記載の材料。 41.少なくとも5000エルグ/gの標準化吸上力エネルギーを有する請求の範囲第40 項に記載の材料。 42.少なくとも7500エルグ/gの標準化吸上エネルギーを有する請求の範囲第41項 に記載の材料。 43.約6000エルグ/g〜約16000エルグ/gの標準化乾燥力エネルギーを有する請求 の範囲第1項〜第42項のいずれかに記載の材料。 44.約3000エルグ/g〜約10000エルグ/gの標準化吸上エネルギーを有する請求の 範囲第1項〜第43項のいずれかに記載の材料。 45.約0.8g-1より大きい柔軟性を有する請求の範囲第1項〜第44項のいずれかに 記載の材料。 46.約0.9g-1より大きい柔軟性を有する請求の範囲第45項に記載の材料。 47.約1.0g-1より大きい柔軟性を有する請求の範囲第46項に記載の材料。 48.請求の範囲第1項〜第47項のいずれかに記載の吸収材料を含む吸収剤物品。 49.おむつ、女性用衛生製品または失禁装置である請求の範囲第48項に記載の物 品。 50.吸収材料が多プライ構造に折りたたまれ、または切断される請求の範囲第48 項に記載の物品。
