Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.液体供給原料から低減硫黄含量生成物を製造する方法であって、該供給原 料が約345℃未満で沸騰し且つ少量の有機硫黄化合物を含む炭化水素混合物を 含み、該方法が以下の工程:すなわち、 (a)該供給原料が、モル基準で、有機硫黄化合物の量と少なくとも等しい 量のアルキル化剤を含むように該供給原料の組成を調整する工程、ここで、該ア ルキル化剤はアルコール及びオレフィンから成る群より選択される少なくとも1 種類の材料を含む; (b)該混合物を、酸性固体触媒の少なくとも1つの固定床を含む蒸留塔反 応器へ送る工程; (c)該供給原料中にある硫黄含有不純物の少なくとも一部分を、より高沸 点の硫黄含有材料へと転化させるのに効果的な条件下で、該供給原料を該触媒と 接触させる工程; (d)該接触によって生じた生成物を、該蒸留塔反応器において分別する工 程; (e)該蒸留塔反応器からの高沸点留分中に存在するより高沸点の硫黄含有 材料の少なくとも一部分を回収する工程;及び (f)該高沸点留分の沸点に比べて低い沸点と、該供給原料の硫黄含量に比 べて減少した硫黄含量とを有する、該蒸留塔反応器からの留分を回収する工程を 含む前記方法。 2.該酸性固体触媒が蒸留塔反応器における充填材であり、該分別の少なくと も一部分を該充填材内で行う請求項1記載の方法。 3.該酸性固体触媒を、該蒸留塔反応器中にある複数の接触ゾーン内に配置す る請求項1記載の方法。 4.該酸性固体触媒の少なくとも一部分を、該蒸留塔反応器中において1つの ゾーンから別のゾーンへの液体流の経路を提供する少なくとも1つの導管内に配 置する請求項1記載の方法。 5.複数の該導管を用いる請求項4記載の方法。 6.該液体供給原料を、該蒸留塔反応器に送る前に、酸性材料で処理して、塩 基性不純物を除去する請求項1記載の方法。 7.該供給原料が、約230℃未満で沸騰する請求項1記載の方法。 8.該供給原料を、約50℃〜約350℃の温度で触媒と接触させる請求項1 記載の方法。 9.以下の工程:すなわち、 (a)硫黄含有不純物を含む炭化水素供給原料を接触分解して、硫黄含有不 純物を含む揮発性接触分解生成物を製造する工程; (b)該揮発性接触分解生成物の少なくとも一部分を含む第二供給原料を調 製する工程、ここで、該第二供給原料は: (i)不純物として有機硫黄化合物、及び (ii)オレフィンを少なくとも1重量% 含む; (c)該第二供給原料を、酸性固体触媒の少なくとも1つの固定床を含む蒸 留塔反応器へ送る工程; (d)該第二供給原料中にある硫黄含有不純物の少なくとも一部分を、より 高沸点の硫黄含有材料へと転化させるのに効果的な条件下で、該第二供給原料を 該触媒と接触させる工程; (e)該接触によって生じた生成物を、該蒸留塔反応器において分別する工 程; (f)該蒸留塔反応器からの高沸点留分中に存在するより高沸点の硫黄含有 材料の少なくとも一部分を回収する工程;及び (g)該高沸点留分の沸点に比べて低い沸点と、該第二供給原料の硫黄含量 に比べて減少した硫黄含量とを有する、該蒸留塔反応器からの留分を回収する工 程 を含む方法。 10.該酸性固体触媒が該蒸留塔反応器における充填材であり、該分別の少な くとも一部分を該充填材内で行う請求項9記載の方法。 11.該酸性固体触媒を、該蒸留塔反応器中にある複数の接触ゾーン内に配置 する請求項9記載の方法。 12.該酸性固体触媒の少なくとも一部分を、該蒸留塔反応器中において1つ のゾーンから別のゾーンへの液体流の経路を提供する少なくとも1つの導管内に 配置する請求項9記載の方法。 13.複数の該導管を用いる請求項12記載の方法。 14.該第二供給原料を、該蒸留塔反応器に送る前に、酸性材料で処理して、 塩基性不純物を除去する請求項9記載の方法。 15.該酸性材料が、固体粒状分解触媒である請求項14記載の方法。 16.該第二供給原料が、約230℃未満で沸騰する請求項9記載の方法。 17.該第二供給原料が、約345℃未満で沸騰する請求項9記載の方法。 18.該第二供給原料を、約50℃〜約350℃の温度で触媒と接触させる請 求項9記載の方法。
