Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.5−メトキシ−2−[[(4−メトキシ−3,5−ジメチル−2−ピリジニル )メチル]チオ]−1H−ベンズイミダゾールを有機溶媒中で酸化剤で、場合によ り塩基の存在下で酸化する工程からなるオメプラゾールの製造方法であって、酸 化をチタン錯体の存在下で行うことを特徴とする方法。 2.酸化を塩基の存在下で行うことを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。 3.チタン錯体がチタン(IV)化合物とキラル配位子の鏡像異性体混合物とから製 造されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の方法。 4.鏡像体混合物がラセミ混合物であることを特徴とする請求項3記載の方法。 5.チタン錯体をチタン(IV)化合物とアキラル配位子から製造することを特徴と する請求項1記載の方法。 6.オメプラゾールが反応混合物から沈殿することを特徴とする請求項1記載の 方法。 7.抽出工程を使用しないことを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。 8.チタン錯体を5−メトキシ−2−[[(4−メトキシ−3,5−ジメチル−2− ピリジニル)メチル]チオ]−1H−ベンズイミダゾールの存在下で製造すること を特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の方法。 9.酸化剤がクメンヒドロペルオキシドまたはtert−ブチルヒドロペルオキシド であることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の方法。 10.有機溶媒がトルエンであることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載 の方法。 11.塩基がトリエチルアミンまたはN,N−ジイソプロピルエチルアミンである ことを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の方法。 12.オメプラゾールおよび製薬上許容し得る担体または希釈剤からなり、オ メプラゾールが請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載の方法で製造されることを特徴 とする医薬製剤。 13.請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載の方法により製造されるオメプラゾール。
