Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.遷移金属由来の一つ以上のメタロセン化合物(A)、助触媒として一つ以上の カチオン活性化剤(B)、及び一つ以上のアルキル化剤(C)とを含めてなるオレフィ ン重合及び共重合触媒。 2.前記カチオン活性化剤は、下記の構造式にて表されることを特徴とする請 求項1記載の触媒。 Mn+(X-)n-gZg (但し、式中、n=1、2、3、或いは4であり、gは整数で0≦g<nで;Mは元素周 期律表のIA、IIA、IIIB、IVB、VB、VIB、VIIB、VIIIB、IB、IIB族に属する金属 元素、或いは有機化合物;Xは三つ以上の元素を含めてなるアニオン類(Anion Clu ster)であり、この中、一つ以上の元素がO、S、N、F、Cl、Br、Iにて構成された グループから選択され;ZはH-或いはF、Cl、Br、或いはIである。) 3.前記カチオン活性化剤(B)は、前記メタロセン遷移金属錯体(A)と反応して 、配位結合力が非常に弱いX-アニオンがメタロセン遷移金属のカチオンを生成さ せ、オレフィン重合活性を示すことを特徴とする請求項2記載の触媒。 4.前記Xは、一つ以上のパークロレートアニオンであり、MはLi、Na、Ca、Mg 、或いはAgから選ばれることを特徴とする請求項3記載の触媒。 5.前記カチオン活性化剤(B)は、LiClO4、NaClO4、Ca(ClO4)2、Mg(ClO4)2、或 いはAgClO4から選ばれることを特徴とする請求項4記載の触媒。 6.前記Xは、一つ以上のパークロレートアニオンであり、Mは、CまたはNを含 む有機化合物であることを特徴とする請求項2記載の触媒。 7.前記カチオン活性化剤(B)は、NH4・ClO4、Ph3C・ClO4、Cl3C・ClO4、NF4・ ClO4、NBu4・ClO4から選ばれることを特徴とする請求項6記載の触媒。 8.前記アルキル化剤(C)は、周期律表のIA、IIA、IIB、IIIA族に属する金属で 、C1〜C20のアルキル、アルケニル、アリールアルキル、或いはアリルアルキル のようなヒドロカルビル基を有する有機金属化合物であることを特徴とする請求 項1記載の触媒。 9.前記アルキル化剤(C)は、アルキルアルミニウム、アルキルマグネシウム、 或いはアルキル亜鉛であることを特徴とする請求項8記載の触媒。 10.前記アルキル化剤(C)は、トリメチルアルミニウム、トリエチルアルミニ ウム、トリイソブチルアルミニウム、ジエチルアルミニウムクロリド、エチルア ルミニウムセスキクロリド、ブチルオクチルマグネシウム、ブチルエチルマグネ シウム、ジヘキシルマグネシウム、或いはジエチル亜鉛の如きアルキルアルミニ ウム、アルキルマグネシウム、又はアルキル亜鉛から選択されることを特徴とす る請求項9記載の触媒。 11.(A)に対し(B)は、モル比で1:0.01乃至100であり、又(A)に対し(C)は、1: 1乃至10,000であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の触媒。 12.(A)に対し(B)は、モル比で1:0.01乃至10であり、又(A)に対し(C)は、1:1 00乃至2,000であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の触媒。 13.(A)に対し(B)は、モル比で1:1であり、又(A)に対し(C)は、1:100乃至2,0 00であることを特徴とする請求項11記載の触媒。 14.請求項1乃至13のいずれによる触媒を用いることを特徴とするオレフ ィン単独重合体の製造方法。 15.前記オレフィンはエチレンであることを特徴とする請求項14記載の方 法。 16.前記重合体は、溶液重合、高温−高圧重合、スラリー重合、或いは気相 重合で製造されることを特徴とする請求項14記載の方法。 17.請求項1乃至13のいずれに従う触媒を用いるエチレンとα−オレフィ ンとの共重合体の製造方法。 18.前記α−オレフィンは、C3〜C20の直鎖或いは分枝鎖モノオレフィン、或 いは芳香族に置換されたα−オレフィン、またはC6〜C20の直鎖或いは分枝鎖非 共役ジエンであることを特徴とする請求項17記載の方法。 19.前記α−オレフィンが、プロピレン、ブテン−1、ヘキセン−1、オクテ ン−1、ノネン−1、デセン−1、ドデセン−1、ヘキサデセン−1、又はイコセン −1であることを特徴とする請求項18記載の方法。 20.前記α−オレフィンがスチレンであることを特徴とする請求項18記載の 方法。 21.前記ジエンが、1,3−ブタジエン、1,4−ヘキサジエン、1,5−ヘキサジエ ン、1,6−ヘプタジエン、1,7−オクタジエン、1,8−ノナジエン、1,9−デカジエ ン、2−メチル−1,4−ペンタジエン、2,5−ジメチル−1,5−ヘキサジエン、1,4 −ジメチル−4−t−ブチル−2,6−ヘプタジエン、又は1,5,9−デカトリエンであ ることを特徴とする請求項18記載の方法。 22.前記重合体は、溶液重合、高温−高圧重合、スラリー重合、或いは気相 重合により、-40〜220℃の温度及び1〜3,000気圧の圧力下で製造されることを特 徴とする請求項17乃至21のいずれの記載の方法。
