Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 熱として人体から自然に発せられる赤外スペクトル領域における人体組織 分析物に特徴的な放射スペクトル線の非侵襲的測定により人体組織の分析物濃度 を連続的に決定する方法において、 (a)上記放射線のスペクトル強度を連続的に測定することを含み、 (b)上記放射スペクトル線は組織成分の波長依存性を有し、 (c)所定の放射波長の放射スペクトル線を連続的に検出し、 (d)上記赤外スペクトル領域の放射スペクトル線を分析し、 (e)上記放射スペクトル線のスペクトル強度を人体の分析物濃度に相関させる 、ことを含んでなる方法。 2. 熱として人体から自然に発せられる赤外スペクトル領域における人体組織 に特徴的な放射スペクトル線の非侵襲的測定により人体組織の分析物濃度を連続 的に決定する装置において、 (a)所定の赤外線波長の上記放射スペクトル線を連続的に検出する手段と、 (b)放射スペクトル線のスペクトル強度を連続的に検出する手段と、 (c)放射スペクトル線の強度を人体の分析物濃度に相関させる手段と、を具備 してなる装置。 3. 検出手段が検出器手段と放射スペクトル線の波長選択手段の分析手段を具 備し、検出器手段が、電気出力信号を出力する上記分析手段からの受光放射スペ クトル線の強度を連続的に検出する手段であり、波長選択手段が人体から放たれ た自然の赤外線において組織分析物放出スペクトル線の有意な波長のみを検出器 手段に達せしめる手段である、請求項2記載の装置。 4. 検出器手段が赤外エネルギーを連続的に測定する赤外エネルギーセンサー である、請求項3記載の装置。 5. 分析手段が、放射スペクトル線を濾波して組織分析物放射スペクトル線に 有意な波長のみを通過させもしくは検出器手段に達する前に吸収させるフィルタ ー手段を具備する、請求項3記載の装置。 6. 相関手段が、検出手段からの電気出力信号の状態を組織分析物濃度と相関 させるマイクロコンピュータと電子機器を具備する電子的手段である、請求項2 記載の装置。 7. 熱として鼓膜から自然に放たれる赤外スペクトル領域において人体組織分 析物に特徴的な放射スペクトル線の測定により組織分析物濃度を非侵襲的かつ連 続的に測定するための装置において、 (a)耳管内に挿入される耳栓アセンブリを具備し; (b)上記耳栓アセンブリが、光学赤外線フィルター装置と放射スペクトル線を 連続的に検出するための人体の熱放射の赤外領域に感度がある検出器とからなる 赤外線検出装置からなり; (c)人体に伝導的に接触するように構成された検出器基部を具備し; (d)上記耳栓アセンブリが、検出器からの電気信号を生成し、演算し、表示す る電子機器、マイクロコンピュータ及び表示装置に接続されてなる装置。 8. 熱として赤外線波長スペクトルにおいて人体の鼓膜から自然に放たれる赤 外スペクトル領域の人体組織分析物に特徴的な放射スペクトル線の非侵襲的測定 により、血糖濃度を連続的に決定するための、請求項1記載の方法。 9. 熱として赤外線波長スペクトルにおいて人体の鼓膜から自然に放たれる赤 外スペクトル領域の人体組織分析物に特徴的な放射スペクトル線の非侵襲的な測 定により、血糖濃度を連続的に決定するための、請求項2記載の装置。
