Abstract

本发明涉及一种无损血糖检测与激光针刺耳穴的复用耳罩。该耳罩利用人耳上存在多个敏感穴位和耳垂血流丰富等特点,采用连续/脉冲可选的半导体激光和多路传输光纤,对耳朵上的多点(或穴位)实施小功率激光照射;同时接收被测点的激光散射回波,经处理得到被检者耳部的多点激光反射分布;结合被检者同时测得的手指血糖结果,建立被检者耳部激光反射数据与血糖检测结果的对应关系,为后续实施无损血糖检测提供比照数据;通过调节激光发射器参数(功率、重频与脉冲数)对检测点或耳穴实施较强功率连续激光加热或脉冲激光刺激,通过耳穴对人体功能进行调理。在满足糖尿病患者对血糖的长期、频繁无损检测需求的同时,兼顾耳穴激光治疗,实现一机多用。

Description

一种无损血糖检测与激光针刺耳穴的复用耳罩
技术领域
本发明属于激光医学检测技术领域。主要是为解决糖尿病患者对血糖的长期、频繁无损检测需求,发明一种用于无损血糖检测与激光针刺耳穴的复用耳罩。它可通过检测耳朵不同部位的激光反射回波间接获取人体的血糖变化情况;并可兼顾对耳穴实施激光脉冲刺激,实现对肌体的调理,开发激光在血糖无损检测/调理方面的新应用。
背景技术
众所周知,随着近年来人们生活水平的不断提高,同时伴随着各种不良生活习惯的泛滥,使得被称为典型“富贵病”之一的糖尿病,其发病率也随之在世界范围内日趋攀高。据称目前中国几乎已有10%的人患有各类糖尿病,患病人群从过去的中老年逐步扩展到青壮年,甚至不少儿童,严重威胁着人们的身体健康与生存寿命。
对于大多数糖尿病患者来说,需终身服药,而根据血糖变化情况适时调整用药剂量,又是有效控制血糖参数之必须。为及时准确地调整糖尿病病人的用药量,患者经常需自查血糖参数。目前最常用的方法就是针刺手指取血,虽然设备操作简单,且成本可以承受,但毕竟要反复扎破手指,除感疼痛以外,且容易感染,特别是致使糖尿病病人的伤口难以愈合。
为此近年来,无损血糖检测就成为人们的一种期盼,并有多个公司致力于该类设备的研发。但遗憾的是到目前为止,无损血糖检测方法并未得以广泛使用,其主要原因在于相比有损血糖检测来说,无损检测的精度不高、稳定性欠缺、操作不是很方便。因此,如何能够有效提高无损血糖检测的精度,并便于普及,就成为当今大众医学检测领域中一项亟待解决的难题。
实际上,近年来国内外采用激光光谱技术的多种无损血糖检测技术亦有报道,但也面临着提高检测精度的问题。为此,本发明旨在针对人耳,利用多波长连续/脉冲双模式激光,通过多波长的多点测量提高检测精度,并将血糖检测与耳穴刺激于一体,实现一种无损血糖检测与激光针刺耳穴复用耳罩,便于推广。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对满足糖尿病患者对血糖的长期、频繁无损检测需求,发明的一种可用于无损血糖检测与激光针刺耳穴的复用耳罩。
本发明无损血糖检测与激光针刺耳穴的复用耳罩是按下述方案实现的。它利用人类耳垂血流丰富,及耳朵上有多个敏感穴位之特点,以连续/脉冲双模式半导体激光器做光源,以多路分束器和传输光纤分别将激光送达检测点,利用小功率激光实施耳垂无损血糖检测,利用较大功率连续/脉冲激光实施耳穴刺激。
本发明无损血糖检测与激光针刺耳穴复用耳罩的优点是:
1、通过对耳垂部位和(或)耳廓上多点激光反射信号的检测,不仅可利用多点测量数据提高对血糖监测的准确度,而且检测速度快、使用灵活。
2、利用发射/接收光纤组连接耳廓外罩与发射/接收设备,不仅可将激光发射器、综合处理器和供电电源等较大或较重的部件放在发射/接收设备中,减少外挂在耳朵上的设备重量,且有利于屏蔽干扰,而且便于对激光发射器的参数进行调节、维护或升级。
3、利用检测血糖用激光器可很方便地兼顾对耳穴的刺激作用,如采用连续激光对穴位加热,或采用脉冲激光对穴位冲击,实现一种中西医相结合的激光医学技术新方法。

具体实施方式
本发明是一种无损血糖检测与激光针刺耳穴复用耳罩。图1给出无损血糖检测与激光针刺耳穴复用耳罩原理图,图2给出耳廓外罩结构示意图,下面结合附图进行详细描述。
无损血糖检测与激光针刺耳穴复用耳罩包括耳廓外罩和发射/接收设备两部分,其中发射/接收设备部分包括激光发射器1、多路分束器2、激光接收器3、综合处理器4和供电电源5,耳廓外罩部分包括耳夹组6、耳夹槽7和外罩8。
发射/接收设备部分中的激光发射器1采用半导体激光器,由1支或2支以上波长的半导体激光器组合而成,不同波长的激光束或同轴光纤或并束光纤输出;激光发射器1具有脉冲或连续两种工作状态,输出功率毫瓦-瓦量级;用于血糖检测时,激光发射器输出多路小功率激光,用于耳穴刺激时,激光发射器输出较高功率,发射参数可调可控。多路分束器2包括光纤分束器与多路传输光纤,光纤分束器将激光发射器的输出光束分为多路,其路数与检测点数或耳穴数相当;多路传输光纤包括2对以上的发射光纤与接收光纤对,每对中的发射光纤将激光送达检测点,而接收光纤将检测点反射/散射的激光束收集起来,并传输给与之对应的激光接收器3。综合处理器4是整个耳罩的控制、处理与显示中心,可实时处理所接收到的多路激光散射/反射信号,记录并显示激光接收器3的输出信号;可预存被检测者的有损血糖检测结果,及耳穴分布位置;可显示不同批次血糖无损检测数据的相对变化情况;可改变激光发射器1的工作参数等。
耳廓外罩部分由耳夹组6、耳夹槽7和外罩8构成。使用前,将耳夹组6从耳夹槽7中取出,夹持到被捡者耳廓上的检测点;使用中,将外罩8覆盖在被检者耳廓外,降低外界噪声或其他干扰;使用后,将耳夹组6放回到耳夹槽7中,妥善保存且便于携带。耳夹组6由多个耳夹组成,每个耳夹的上下夹片分别与发射光纤输出端和接收光纤输入端相连,实现与耳部检测点或针刺点的紧密接触。

Claims (5)

1.一种无损血糖检测与激光针刺耳穴复用耳罩,包括由耳廓外罩和发射/接收设备两部分,其中,耳廓外罩包括耳夹组、耳夹槽、防护外罩和发射/接收光纤组,耳夹组由多个耳夹组成,每个耳夹的上下夹片分别与发射光纤输出端和接收光纤输入端相连,实现与耳部检测点或针刺点的紧密接触;发射/接收设备包括激光发射器、多路分束器、激光接收器、综合处理器和供电电源,采用一个或多个连续/脉冲双模式半导体激光器作为光源,通过多路分束器和传输光纤可分别将激光送达人耳部不同位置的检测点,通过分别接收各个检测点的激光散射回波,得到被检者耳部多点激光反射分布图;可预存被检测者的有损血糖检测结果,利用被检者近期或同时获得的常规手指针刺血糖检测结果,比较无损激光检测数据与血糖有损检测结果间的对应关系,可显示不同批次血糖无损检测数据的相对变化情况;可预存耳穴分布位置,调节激光参数,通过多路分束器和传输光纤分别送达人耳部特定穴位的激光具有对耳穴加热或刺激的功能。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种无损血糖检测与激光针刺耳穴复用耳罩,激光发射器由1支或2支以上波长的半导体激光器组合而成,不同波长的激光束或同轴光纤或并束光纤输出;激光发射器具有脉冲或连续两种工作状态,输出功率毫瓦-瓦量级;用于血糖检测时,激光发射器输出多路小功率激光,用于耳穴刺激时,激光发射器输出较高功率,发射参数可调可控。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种无损血糖检测与激光针刺耳穴复用耳罩,多路分束器包括光纤分束器与多路传输光纤,光纤分束器将激光发射器的输出光束分为多路,其路数与检测点数或耳穴数相当;多路传输光纤包括2路以上的发射光纤和与发射光纤对应路数的接收光纤,每路发射光纤将激光送达检测点,而对应的每路接收光纤将检测点反射/散射的激光束收集起来,并传输给与之对应的激光接收器。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种无损血糖检测与激光针刺耳穴复用耳罩,综合处理器是整个耳罩的控制、处理与显示中心,可实时处理所接收到的多路激光散射/反射信号,记录并显示激光接收器的输出信号。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种无损血糖检测与激光针刺耳穴复用耳罩,耳廓外罩使用时外挂在被捡者的耳廓上,使用前,将耳夹组从耳夹槽中取出,夹持到被捡者耳廓上的检测点;使用中,将防护外罩覆盖在被检者耳廓外,降低外界噪声或干扰;使用后,将耳夹组放回到耳夹槽中,妥善保存且便于携带。
