Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.流体を曝気する散気装置であって、 細長いベースと、および 膜の面から突き出して膜の周辺領域に沿って延びる少なくとも1つの封止帯片 を有する、ベースの表面を覆う多孔弾性膜とから構成される散気装置において、 少なくとも1つの封止帯片は、ベース内に形成される1つ以上の溝に係合され 、それにより膜をベースへ固定し、膜の面とベースの表面との間に形成される内 部隔室を封止し、また内部隔室は、使用の際に膜を通して流体中に浸透する気体 流を受容するようにした散気装置。 2.散気装置は板形散気装置であり、またベースは押出品から成る、請求項1 に従う散気装置。 3.膜は、形状が細長く、またそれぞれ膜の内面から突き出し、膜の反対側に 沿って延びる2つの前記封止帯片を有する、請求項1または2に従う散気装置。 4.膜の両端部は、ベースの各端部において封止板の手段によりベースへ締め 付けられる、請求項1乃至3のいずれかに従う散気装置。 5.流体を曝気する散気装置であって、 押出品の形状のベースと、および 内面と外面を有する、ベースの表面を覆う部材とから構成される散気装置にお いて、 その部材は、封止された内部隔室が部材の内面とベースの表面との間に形成さ れるようにベースへ固定され、また内部隔室は、使用の際に部材を通して流体中 に浸透する気体流を受容するようにした散気装置。 6.流体を曝気する散気装置を設置する方法であって、 散気装置のベースを略水平に延びる管の管頂部に隣接した所要の位置に位置決 めする段階と、および 帯片を使用して、散気装置のベースを管へ固定し、ベースを所要の位置に保持 する段階とから構成される方法。 7.流体を曝気する散気装置を設置する方法であって、 管頂部の開口部が散気装置のベースの開口部と整合し、それにより気体が管から 散気装置の内部隔室へ流入する通し通路が形成されるように、散気装置のベース を略水平に延びる管の管頂部上に位置決めする段階と、および 帯片を使用して、散気装置のベースを管へ固定し、ベースに形成される開口部 と、整合した管の一例に形成された開口部とを保持する段階とから構成される方 法。 8.アダプタは散気装置と管との間に位置決めされる、請求項6に従う方法。 9.アダプタは、散気装置のベースと管の管頂部との間に位置決めされ、また 管の管頂部に形成される開口部と散気装置のベースに形成される開口部と整合す る通路を有する、請求項7に従う方法。 10.アダプタは散気装置のベースへ固定される、請求項8または9に従う方 法。 11.管は、アダプタ内に形成されかつ管の外側形状に略対応する形状を有す る窪み内に位置決めされる、請求項8乃至10のいずれかに従う方法。 12.請求項6乃至11のいずれかに明示される方法により管へ固定される曝 気用散気装置から成る組立体。 13.散気装置は請求項1乃至5のいずれかに明示されるものである、請求項 12に従う組立体。 14.請求項1乃至4のいずれかに明示される散気装置用キットであって、ベ ースと膜から成るキット。 15.請求項5に明示される散気装置用キットであって、ベースと前記部材か ら成るキット。 16.請求項6乃至11のいずれかに明示される方法を使用して曝気用散気装 置を管へ固定するキットであって、散気装置と帯板から成るキット。
