Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 緊締装置であって、 U字形の横断面プロフィールを有するエラストマーより成る一体的な閉じた緊 締リング(13;43)が設けられており、 フランジ部分(22,23;56,57)とは反対側の、U字形プロフィール を有するウエブ部分(21)の外側が、緊締面(24;44)として、緊締リン グ(24)の内側で工作物(11)を外側緊締するか又は、緊締リング(43) の外側で工作物(41)を内側緊締するように構成されており、 ウエブ部分(21)に続く、U字形プロフィールの2つのフランジ部分(22 ,23;56,57)が、緊締リング(13;43)の各1つの端壁を形成して おり、 緊締リング(13)の2つの外側の端面(25;26)が面平行に構成されて おり、 緊締リング(13;43)の緊締面(25;44)が、緊締しようとする工作 物(11;41)の輪郭線に対して少なくともほぼ等間隔を保っている輪郭を有 しており、 緊締リング(13;43)で、複数の緊締体(27;43)が周方向で緊締面 (24;44)に沿って分配して配置されており、これらの緊締体が、緊締リン グ(13;43)の強度よりも高い強度を有する材料から製造されていて、少な くとも、工作物(11;41)に向けられた緊締体(27;45)の外周面が露 出するように、緊締リング(13;43)に配置されており、また前記緊締体( 27;43)が、緊締リング(13;43)の軸方向に延びる寸法と少なくとも ほぼ同じ、軸方向に延びる寸法を有しており、 緊締リング(13;43)のための保持装置(12;42)が設けられており 、該保持装置(12;42)が、緊締リング(13;43)に合致して環状に延 びる切欠(15;46)を有していて、この切欠は、少なくとも部分的に中空の 部分の内側で外側緊締する際に及び、保持装置(12;42)の内側に位置する 部分の外側に内側緊締する際に、配置されており、また前記保持装置は、定置に 配置されているか或いは、カップリング部材によって不動の機械部分又は可動の 機械部分に連結可能であり、 前記保持装置(12;42)に、緊締リング(13;43)の緊締面(24; 44)とは反対側で、緊締リング(13;43)の端壁(22,23;56,5 7)間に存在する箇所において液圧式又は空圧式の作業媒体のための接続導管( 28;55)が開口しており、 該接続導管(28;55)が、作業媒体のための圧力源と接続可能であって、 緊締装置(36;50)が設けられていて、該緊締装置によって、緊締体(2 7;45)が軸方向で緊締可能であって、 前記緊締装置(36;56)が、リング状に自己閉鎖する緊締部分(31;5 1)を有しており、該緊締部分が、保持装置(12;42)で軸方向にしゅう動 可能にガイドされていて、保持装置(12;42)内で前記切欠(15;46) の側壁(16;49)を形成しており、 工作物(11;41)とは反対側の、緊締部分(31;51)の周方向面(3 3;52)と、この周方向面に向き合う、保持装置(12;42)の周方向面( 32;47)との間に環状のシール部材(34;53)が配置されており、 前記緊締部分(31;51)が、保持装置(12;42)において、動力駆動 装置(36;54)によって軸方向で、解放位置から緊締位置に及びそれとは逆 方向に可動である、 ことを特徴とする、緊締装置。 2. 緊締リング(43)の緊締面(44)とは反対側の、緊締リングの端壁 (56;57)の縁部面が、緊締装置(40)の非作業状態で、保持装置(42 )の切欠(46)の、前記緊締装置に向き合う壁部(47)に当接している、請 求項1記載の緊締装置。 3. 緊締リング(13)の緊締面(24)とは反対 側の、緊締リング端壁(22;23)が、緊締装置(10)の非作業状態で、保 持装置(12)における切欠(15)の互いに向き合う壁部(18)に対して間 隔を保っている、請求項1記載の緊締装置。 4. 緊締体(27)の、少なくとも工作物(11)に向けられた外周面が、 工作物(11)の、緊締体に向けられた表面に対する垂直線に延びる長手方向面 で、工作物表面の断面ラインと同じ形状を有している、請求項1から3までのい ずれか1項記載の緊締装置。 5. 緊締体(27;45)の軸方向の両端面が互いに面平行に構成されてい る、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の緊締装置。 6. 緊締体(27;45)が円筒形ローラの形状を有している、請求項5記 載の緊締装置。
