Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.制御要素に作動可能に連結したコーディング配列をコードするヌクレオチ ド配列を含むプラスミドであって、コーディング配列は細胞内標的化配列に連結 されるかこれを含む免疫原性標的蛋白質をコードする、上記プラスミド。 2.免疫原性標的抗原が、アレルゲン、病原体抗原、癌関連抗原または自己免 疫疾患に関連した細胞に連結された抗原であるか、またはアレルゲン、病原体抗 原、癌関連抗原または抗原に交差反応性の免疫応答を誘導することができる、請 求項1記載のプラスミド。 3.細胞内標的化配列が非天然シグナル配列である、請求項1記載のプラスミ ド。 4.免疫原性標的抗原が、アレルゲン、病原体抗原、癌関連抗原または自己免 疫疾患に関連した細胞に連結された抗原である、請求項1記載のプラスミド。 5.細胞内標的化配列が細胞内で発現された免疫原性標的抗原の細胞質、小胞 体、リソソームへの局在化を指示する、請求項1記載のプラスミド。 6.細胞内標的化配列が細胞内で発現された免疫原性標的抗原を分泌蛋白質ま たは膜結合蛋白質とするように指示する、請求項1記載のプラスミド。 7.細胞内標的化配列が,DKQTLL(配列番号:1)、免疫原性標的蛋白質 のC末端におけるKDEL(配列番号:2)および免疫原性標的蛋白質のC末端 におけるDEKKMP(配列番号:3)からなる群から選択される、請求項1記 載のプラスミド。 8.請求項1記載のプラスミドを含む、薬学組成物。 9.ポリヌクレオチド機能性エンハンサーをさらに含む、請求項7記載の薬学 組成物。 10.請求項1記載のプラスミドを個体に投与することからなる、抗原に対して 個体を免疫する方法。
