Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.機械の釣合取り装置であって、 (a)磁界を発生する静止のドライブ手段、および (b)機械に連結され、前記ドライバから発される前記磁界を受け、それに応 答して動くロータ手段 を備えることを特徴とする機械の釣合取り装置。 2.前記ドライバは「C」形状のハウジング、コイルコア、および、一対の巻線 を備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の機械の釣合取り装置。 3.前記ドライバ手段は前記ロータ手段に前記ドライバを同心に取り付けるもの であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の機械の釣合取り装置。 4.前記ロータ手段は、複数の周方向に離間された磁石を有する少なくとも一つ のロータ、および、前記複数の周方向に離間された磁石の一つを磁気的に受け入 れるよう適合された少なくとも一つのノッチを有する板を備えることを特徴とす る請求項1記載の機械の釣合取り装置。 5.前記静止のドライバ手段は、前記磁界の発生を選択的に生じさせるストアさ れたプログラム制御の下に作動するマイクロプロセッサ手段を備えることを特徴 とする請求項1記載の機械の釣合取り装置。 6.前記静止のドライバ手段は、前記機械の釣合取り装置に付随する振動を計測 する手段を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載機械の釣合取り装置。 7.前記磁界は比較的短い持続時間のパルスを備えることを特徴とする請求項1 記載の機械の釣合取り装置。 8.不釣合を補償する装置であって、 (a)不釣合を評価する手段、 (b)複数の可動ロータであって、各々が周方向に取り付けられた磁石(複 数)を有し、前記磁石が複数の磁界を発生するロータ、 (c)可動のロータに関して静止の複数の極板であって、前記複数の可動ロー タを協働的に分離し、前記複数の磁界を受ける複数の極板、および、 (d)前記ロータを動かすように前記複数の磁界を選択的に中断する電磁界を 発生するドライブ手段、 を備えることを特徴とする不釣合を補償する装置。 9.前記ドライバ手段は、ほぼ「C」形状のハウジング、コイルコア、および、 一対の巻線を備えることを特徴とする請求項8記載の不釣合を補償する装置。 10.前記ドライバ手段は、前記装置に同心に取り付けられていることを特徴と する請求項8記載の不釣合を補償する装置。 11.前記ロータはある時間の継続中に動かされ、前記電磁界は前記ある時間の 継続よりも実質的に短い期間を有する少なくとも一つのパルスを備えることを特 徴とする請求項8記載の装置。 12.前記ドライバ手段はさらに、前記巻線の各々を別々に、かつ、選択的に励 磁する手段を備えることを特徴とする請求項8記載の装置。 13.複数の周方向に離間されたノッチを有する極板、 複数の周方向に離間された磁石を有するロータであって、前記永久磁石が複数 の電磁気回路を形成すべく前記ノッチと相互作用するロータ、および、前記ロー タの動きを生じさせるために前記複数の電磁気回路を中断するのに有効な実質的 に電磁気エネルギーの短いパルスを生ずる発生手段、 を備えることを特徴とする電磁気的に作動される回転機械不釣合補償装置。 14.前記ロータは少なくとも一つの高密度部分を備えることを特徴とする請求 項13記載の補償装置。 15.さらに、前記少なくとも一つの高密度部分の所望の、および所定の位置へ の動きを生じさせるために前記発生手段を作動させる制御手段を備えることを特 徴とする請求項14記載の補償装置。 16.さらに、前記補償装置の不釣合を計測し、前記計測不釣合を前記制御手段 に通信する手段を備えることを特徴とする請求項14記載の補償装置。 17.前記制御手段は、ストアされたプログラム制御の下に作動可能であること を特徴とする請求項16記載の補償装置。 18.前記発生手段は、前記補償装置に同心に取り付けられていることを特徴と する請求項13記載の補償装置。 19.前記発生手段は、実質的に「C」形状であることを特徴とする請求項13 記載の補償装置。 20.機械の釣合取りの方法であって、 (a)第1の部材を前記機械に可動に結合し、 (b)前記第1の部材に複数の磁石を置き、前記複数の磁石はある磁界を形成 しており、 (c)前記ある磁界を中断し、前記第1の部材を所定の位置に動かすのに有効 とする、 ステップを備えることを特徴とする方法。 21.前記第1の部材に少なくとも一つの重り部分を置くステップをさらに備え ることを特徴とする請求項20記載の方法。 22.前記ある磁界を中断するステップは、実質的に短い時間継続の電磁気エネ ルギーの少なくとも一つのパルスを発生することを特徴とする請求項20記載の 方法。 23.さらに、第2の部材を設け、かつ、第2の部材に少なくとも一つのレチク ルを形成し、前記少なくとも一つのレチクルは前記複数の永久磁石の一つを受け 入れるべく適合されていることを特徴とする請求項20記載の方法。
