Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 少なくとも1つの金属性導体、場合によっては半導体材料からなる導体ス クリーン、及び絶縁体を有し、これらすべてがワイヤ又は幅の狭いテープを含む アーススクリーンと高分子材料からなる外側シースとで囲まれている電力ケーブ ルであって、該ケーブルのアーススクリーンをその構成部材(ワイヤ又はストリ ップ)の間のギャップを埋めることなく囲む第1の押出し高分子層と、第1の高分 子層を被覆する第2の押出し高分子層と、前記第1と第2の押出し高分子層の間に あって、これらの両方の高分子層に接着する防湿ラミネートであって、金属フォ イル層を有し、この金属フォイル層の主要面の各々が、接触する押出し層の材料 と融和性の高分子材料で被覆されている防湿ラミネートと、を有するシース構造 を特徴とする前記電力ケーブル。 2. 前記シースの押出し層の両方が同じ材料からなり、かつ、前記ラミネート の両面が押出し層の材料と同じか又は融和性の高分子材料で被覆されている請求 項1に記載のケーブル。 3. 前記シースの両押出し高分子層が異種のものではあるが接着に適した材料 であり、かつ、ラミネートの両面が両押出し層の材料と融和性の高分子材料で被 覆されている、請求項1に記載のケーブル。 4. 前記シースの2つの押出し層及びラミネートの各面上のコーティングがす べて、 (a) ポリエチレン、 (b) ポリ塩化ビニル、又は (c) エチレン―酢酸ビニルコポリマー又はエチレン−プロピレンゴムをベー スとする“LSF”組成物、 (いずれの場合も従来より用いられている添加剤の使用を伴う) からなる請求項1に記載のケーブル。 5. 前記ラミネートが縦方向に用いられる、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記 載のケーブル。 6. ケーブルの絶縁体が高分子材料からなるものである請求項1乃至5のいずれ か1項に記載のケーブル。 7. 前記アーススクリーンのワイヤ又はストリップの間のギャップが防水され ている請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載のケーブル。 8. 前記アーススクリーンのワイヤ又はストリップの間のギャップが、ワイヤ 又はストリップの内側及び/又は外側に水で膨張するテープを適用することによ って防水されている請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載のケーブル。 9. 少なくとも1つの半導体の水膨張性テープが、ワイヤ又はストリップの内 側に使用され、かつ、少なくとも1つの絶縁性の水膨張性テープが、前記ワイヤ 又はストリップの最上面の外側に使用される請求項8に記載のケーブル。
