Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 周囲組織より異なる弾力を有する管状の身体体腔からアクセス可能な組 織部分内の部位を確認する方法であって、 前記組織部分に人間の指によって印加される圧力と同様の方法で圧力を印加す る手段により変形を起こし、これにより前記組織部分にストレスと歪を生ぜしめ る前記組織部分に変形を引き起こす工程と、 前記組織の複数の部位での限局性の圧力分布を測定する工程と、 前記各測定された限局性の圧力分布に応じて前記圧力を印加する手段の位置を 決定する工程と、 前記限局性の圧力分布と前記対応する位置を用いてストレスと歪からなる性状 の群から取り出される少なくとも一つの性状の実際のパターンを計算する工程と 、 前記組織部分に対し境界条件を与えるように、均一な組織を有する前記組織部 分の幾何学モデルを定める工程と、 前記幾何学モデルに対しストレスと歪の少なくとも一つの性状の理論的なパタ ーンを評価する工程と、 前記組織部分内の組織の異なる弾性の部位の前記存在と位置を示す前記差を得 るために、前記理論的なパターンと前記実際のパターン間の前記差を比較する工 程と、 前記組織部分の弾性モデルの空間的分布を得るために、前記ストレスと歪から なる性状の群から取り出される少なくとも一つの性状の前記実際のパターンと、 前記幾何学モデルに対するそれぞれの理論的パターンとの間の差を最小となるよ うに、前記幾何学モデルにおける弾性の空間的分布を変化させることによって前 記の幾何学モデルを調整する工程と、を有する方法。 2. 前記変形は、管状の身体体腔内で複数の自由度の圧力印加手段の運動に より生ぜしめられる請求の範囲第1項記載の方法。 3. 前記管状の身体体腔は、圧力を感知するための管状の体腔の内面におけ る複数の位置の圧力を感知し、位置センサの前記位置を決定するように、前記プ ローブに合った圧力検知アレーを有する関節連結のプローブを受け止めるための 大きさを有している請求の範囲第1項記載の方法。 4. 前記管状の身体体腔は、前記人間の直腸であり、前記組織部分は前記人 間の前立腺である請求の範囲第1項記載の方法。 5. 異なる弾力の部位を確認し、該部位が悪性腫瘍を表すという可能性を評 価する工程と、 組織の標本を集めるために異なる弾力性の部位に対し穿刺針の目標を定める工 程と、 をさらに有する請求の範囲第5項記載の方法。 6. 周囲組織より異なる弾力を有する管状の身体体腔からアクセス可能な組 織部分内の部位を確認する装置であって、 前記組織部分に人間の指によって印加される圧力と同様の方法で圧力を印加す る手段により変形を起こし、これにより前記組織部分にストレスと歪を生ぜしめ る前記組織部分の変形を引き起こす手段と、 前記組織の複数の部位での限局性の圧力分布を測定する手段と、 前記各測定された限局性の圧力分布に応じて前記圧力を印加する手段の位置を 決定する手段と、 前記限局性の圧力分布と前記対応する位置を用いてストレスと歪からなる性状 の群から取り出される少なくとも一つの性状の実際のパターンを計算する手段と 、 前記組織部分に対し境界条件を与えるように、均一な組織を有する前 記組織部分の幾何学モデルを定める手段と、 前記幾何学モデルに対しストレスと歪の少なくとも一つの性状の理論的なパタ ーンを評価する手段と、 前記組織部分内の組織の異なる弾性の部位の前記存在と位置を示す前記差を得 るために、前記理論的なパターンと前記実際のパターン間の前記差を比較する手 段と、 前記組織部分の弾性モデルの空間的分布を得るために、前記ストレスと歪から なる性状の群から取り出される少なくとも一つの性状の前記実際のパターンと、 前記幾何学モデルに対するそれぞれの理論的パターンとの間の差を最小となるよ うに、前記幾何学モデルにおける弾性の空間的分布を変化させることによって前 記の幾何学モデルを調整する手段と、を有する装置。 7. 前記圧力印加手段は、管状の身体体腔の範囲内で複数の自由度でもって 移動可能となるように関節でつながれる請求の範囲第6項記載の装置。 8. 前記圧力印加手段は、前記管状の体腔の内面における複数の位置の圧力 を感知するように、前記プローブに合った圧力検知アレーを有する関節連結のプ ローブである請求の範囲第6項記載の装置。 9. 人間の前立腺の像を機械的に造るための装置であって、 複数の自由度を有するように関節でつながれ、前記人間の前立腺に近ずくよう に、また前記人間の直腸の中に挿入可能となるように構成された形状を有し、前 記直腸内で可動で、前記前立腺の部位に対して加圧し、前記前立腺の部位の組織 を変形させるようにした先端部と、 前記の関節連結の先端部の位置を決定するための前記関節連結の先端部に取り 付けられる位置センサと、 関節連結の先端部によって変形される組織の上の局所の圧力分布を検 出するように位置付けられかつ関節連結の先端部に載置された複数の圧力センサ からなる圧力検知アレーと、 前記前立腺の幾何学的かつ機械的な特性の空間的分布を得るように、前記圧力 検知アレーと前記の位置センサによって検出された信号を処理する手段と、 を有する装置。 10. 前記前立腺の幾何学的な機械的な特性は、寸法、外形、輪郭、非対称 性、グローバル硬度、モジュール性、一貫性および弾性率の空間的分布の群から 選択される請求の範囲第9項記載の装置。 11. 前記圧力検知アレーは、各々が圧電性ポリマ薄膜から作られた複数の 個々のセンサーを有する請求の範囲第9項記載の装置。 12. 前記位置センサは、遠隔ワイアレスノ位置センサである請求の範囲第 9項記載の装置。 13. 前記人間の前立腺における腫瘍を検出するための装置であって、 一つの端部で関節連結の先端部を有する指のような管からなるプローブと、 前記関節連結の先端部に載置された圧力検知アレーと、 前記関節連結の先端部の位置を決定するための前記関節連結の先端部に取り付 けられる位置センサと、 複数の自由度をもって前記関節連結の先端部を動かし制御するための、前記指 のような管の前記他の末端に付けられるハンドルとを有し、 前記プローブは、前記人間の前立腺に近ずくように、また前記人間の直腸の中 に挿入可能となるように構成された形状を有し、前記関節連結の先端部は、前記 直腸内で可動で、前記前立腺の部位に対して加圧し、前記前立腺の部位の組織を 変形させるようにし、 前記の圧力検知アレーは、前記関節連結の先端部によって変形させられた前記 組織の上の局所の圧力分布を検出するように、また異なる弾力性の部位を検出す るように、前記関節連結の先端部に位置された複数の圧力センサを有する装置。 14. 前記プローブが、異なる弾性を有する部位における標本を集めるため の穿刺針と、異なる弾性のその部位に前記穿刺針の目標を定めるための手段と、 を含む請求の範囲第13項記載の装置。
