Abstract

(57)【要約】 【課題】既存の閉鎖空間と開放空間に面する壁面に開放
空間からの操作のみで、ボルト、ナットによる固定を可
能にすること。 【解決手段】ボルト、ナットのボルトの部分を縦方向に
図２（分解例）のように分割することで、ボルトのヘッ
ド部分（部品１〜３）がネジ穴を通過できるので、その
後部品４を組み合わせ分割ボルトを再構築して、ナット
で固定する。

【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【産業上の利用分野】本発明は、閉鎖空間と開放空間に
面した壁面等に、開放空間からのみの操作で締め付け可
能な分割ボルトに関するものである。

【従来の技術】従来のボルト、ナットのねじシステムで
は、ボルトのヘッド部分はねじ部より大きいため、壁面
等の片面よりボルトを差し込み、その反対の面よりナッ
トで固定するしかなかった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】壁面等にボルト、ナッ
トで固定する場合、その壁面等に面する２つの空間双方
から操作しなければ不可能であり、既存の閉鎖空間と開
放空間に面する壁面等に固定しようとした場合、閉鎖空
間を開放空間にするか、閉鎖空間になるまえにボルトを
挿入しておくしか不可能であった。
【０００４】そこで既存の閉鎖空間を破壊することな
く、開放空間からの操作のみでボルト、ナットで固定す
ることを可能にすることが課題である。

【課題を解決するための手段】縦方向に分割されたボル
トを開放空間からバラバラにねじ穴から挿入し、その後
再構築し、ナットで締め付けられるようにした。

【実施例】図１は分割ボルトの一例である。
【０００７】図２は図１の分割ボルトの分解図である。
先ず分割ボルトの部品１〜３をネジ穴から挿入し、次い
で分割ボルトの部品４を組み合わせ、分割ボルトを再構
築してからナットで固定する。

【発明の効果】このボルトを使用することで、たとえば
既存の中空で角柱状の鉄骨に、溶接作業等をせずに、ま
た破壊することなく、ボルト、ナットで何かを固定する
ことが可能になる。また既存の住宅の壁面等に壁面を破
壊することなくボルト、ナットで物を固定することも可
能になる。
