Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide food dealing with periodontosis capable of preventing abnormality of periodontal tissue which is liable to go unrecognized in its early stage, from becoming worse, and accelerating disappearance or stoppage in hemorrhagic tumor or drainage of periodontal tissue, and looseness of teeth so as to help the dental care. SOLUTION: This food dealing with periodontosis is such as to make it possible to ameliorate in and/or prevent from periodontosis through adding spirulina water extract and spirulina alcohol extract to dried powder of spirulina so as to help human body's spirulina availability, in other words, to deal with periodontosis.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Periodontal tissue abnormalities include drainage from the gingiva, absorption of the alveolar bone, loosening and swaying of the teeth and bleeding from the gums preceding it, poor gingival circulation, bad breath, soaking of cold water, etc.
This is a disease that shows a variety of clinical features and is rarely seen as completely cured despite being widely experienced in general. In fact, several statistics show that more than 90% of people over the age of 40 have periodontal disease, which also statistically proves to be a high risk factor for cardiovascular disease. Nevertheless, periodontal tissue abnormalities are too general
Due to the lack of consciousness that is considered to be related to whole body health, there is almost no effort except for dental treatment and no daily effort for preventive improvement, and there is no food for preventive improvement. The clinical picture of abnormalities is difficult to be completely cured by dental treatment, and preventive measures are limited to thorough brushing habits and regular removal of plaque, and are rarely effective in practice.

That is, they are improvements in diabetes, decreased liver function, anemia, constipation, female hormone imbalance, lipid metabolism, allergic tendency, hypertension, etc., and activation of macrophages, gamma globulin A, interferon gamma, natural killer cells, etc. The ability to cope with periodontal disease by improving and preventing abnormalities in periodontal tissues is not known.

[0005] The functions of spirulina known so far are often merely revealed by animal experiments or the like, or are merely self-reported based on eating experience without human clinical trials. In fact, it is difficult to determine if the probability is necessarily high, and the difference in the expression of functions among the eaters is not small.

[0006] In other words, with regard to the improvement of physical function due to eating Spirulina, and the improvement of physical disorders associated therewith, in particular, prevention, the ability expression of the already distributed Spirulina food is not uncertain due to the constitution and physical condition of the eater. Contribution in the improvement and prevention of abnormalities, particularly in periodontal tissue, is hardly expected.

DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION The present inventor has set forth a study of a population in which periodontal tissue has bleeding or bleeding, or bad breath or tooth sway is found, although no abnormalities are found in various examination findings in a general condition. Seeing that the ability to maintain good health in daily life is unnecessarily reduced, there is no experience of eating and the safety evaluation is fixed. As a result of intensive research, the dried powder of Spirulina, which is conventionally used as a carrier, and a water extract of Spirulina and an alcohol extract of Spirulina added to it successfully improved and prevented periodontal tissue abnormalities that were difficult to prevent. The present inventors have found that the present invention exhibits an effect corresponding to periodontal disease, and have accomplished the present invention.

The dry powder of Spirulina used in the present invention is 50
In the range of ~ 90% by weight, the amount of spirulina aqueous extract is 5 ~ 2.
The amount of spirulina alcohol extract within the range of 5% by weight and the amount of spirulina alcohol extract within the range of 5 to 25% by weight are acceptable, but preferably, spirulina dry powder 60 to 80, spirulina water extract 10 to 20, and spirulina alcohol extract 10-2
0% by weight is appropriate. The amount of each concentrate added when the spirulina water extract and the spirulina alcohol extract are concentrated and added to the dried spirulina powder is calculated from the amount of each extract before concentration. (That is, when the extract is concentrated to 1/2 volume, the amount of the concentrate added is half the amount of the extract to be added.)

Thirty tablets were ingested for 4 weeks per day, and the gum bleeding states during tooth brushing before and after this ingestion period were compared. Table 3 shows the results. Comparative Criteria-Stage 4 ... Clear bleeding is observed in the dentifrice in the mouth after dentifrice. Step 3: After dentifrice, trace bleeding is observed in the dentifrice in the mouth, and then blood remains in the gargle. Step 2: After dentifrice, trace bleeding is observed in the dentifrice in the mouth, but no blood is observed in the gargle water thereafter. Stage 1: No bleeding is observed in the dentifrice in the mouth after brushing. The improvement of two or more stages is effective, the improvement of one stage is slightly effective, and the others are invalid. Table 3 shows the results.
