Abstract

(57)【要約】 【目的】低コストでダイオキシンを出さないため、開発
した。 【構成】炉本体でゴミを焼いて出たガスを煙突で煙
突まで送り込み、またエア管で空気を煙突へ送り
込む。また火吹込口から煙突へ火を取り入れること
によって煙突内で第二燃焼が起る仕組みである。 【効果】バーナーを使用しないため経費がいらない。ま
たダイオキシンがほとんど出ないため、大気汚染防止に
大いに役立つ効果が出た。

Description

【発明の詳細な説明】
【産業上の利用分野】現代の焼却炉はダイオキシンが出
るため、低コストでダイオキシンが出なくなる様開発し
たものである。
【従来の技術】従来の焼却炉は第一燃焼室でゴミを焼い
て出たガスを炉の外に第二燃焼室を設けたところでバー
ナーを使って燃焼をしている。
【発明が解決しようとする課題】低コストでダイオキシ
ンを出さなくする。
【課題を解決するための手段】炉の内部に煙突を設
けた。
【作用】炉でゴミを焼いて出たガスを、煙突で煙突
へ送ってエア管より空気を吹き込む、また火吹込口
から火を取り入れて第二燃焼をする。そのためダイオ
キシンが出ない。
【実施例】本発明により、焼却炉よりダイオキシンがほ
とんど出ない事が認められた。
【発明の効果】効果として低コストでダイオキシンが出
なくなって大気汚染防止に役立つことが出来た。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】１、炉の内部に煙突を設けて第一燃焼室
    でゴミを焼いて出たガスを煙突へ取り入れ、また火吹
    入口から火を取り入れ、またエア管で空気を取り入
    れて煙突内部で第二燃焼する。
