Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 圧密な構成ユニット、特に油圧ユニットであって、機能ユニット(12) を収容するための凹部(13)を有しているケーシング(11)と、凹部(13 )を閉じるためのカバープレート(15)と、カバープレート(15)とケーシ ング(11)との間の圧密結合とを有している形式のものにおいて、 カバープレート(15)とケーシング(11)との間に環状ギャップ(40) が形成されており、この環状ギャップ(40)に挿入部材(44)が挿入可能で あり、この挿入部材(44)によってケーシング(11)とカバープレート(1 5)との間の圧密結合が形成されていることを特徴とする圧密な構成ユニット。 2. ギャップ(40)がケーシング側底面(41)とカバープレート側底面( 42)とを形成しており、挿入部材(44)がそれぞれ1つの支承面(51、5 2、55、61)でケーシング側底面(41)上とカバープレート側底面(42 )上とに、この範囲で圧密結合が形成可能であるように載っている、請求項1記 載の構成ユニット。 3. 挿入部材(44)が内側のリング面に、端面に刃状のリング面(55、6 1)が形成されるようにV字形の切欠部を有しており、一方の刃状のリング面が ケーシング側底面(41)と結合され、他方の刃状の リング面がカバープレート側底面(42)と結合されている、請求項2記載の構 成ユニット。 4. ケーシング側底面(41)とカバープレート側底面(42)とが、挿入部 材(44)に対するそれぞれ1つの刃状の支承部(45、46)が形成可能であ るようにそれぞれ傾いて延びている、請求項2記載の構成ユニット。 5. 挿入部材(44)が上側の幅広のリンク区分(47)と下側の幅狭のリン ク区分(48)とを有しており、幅狭のリンク区分(48)の端面にV字形の切 欠部(54)が設けられている、請求項1記載の構成ユニット。 6. ギャップ(40)内で幅広のリンク区分(47)と幅狭のリンク区分(4 8)との間に形成されたリンク面(51、52)の下方にそれぞれ1つの中空部 (48)が塞がっていない状態で設けられており、このスペース(48)内に溶 接時に溶融材料が逃げることができる、請求項5記載の構成ユニット。 7. 請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の圧密な構成ユニットを製造する 方法において、ケーシング(11)とカバープレート(15)との間のギャップ (40)内に挿入された挿入部材(44)に超音波溶接機の振動子(65)が装 着され、超音波溶接によって挿入部材(44)がケーシング(11)およびカバ ープレート(15)と圧密に溶接されることを特徴と する方法。
