Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.第1キャリヤ(14,28)上に取付けられた少なくとも1つの第1電気 回路(2,17)を、第2キャリヤ(7,29,36)上に取付けられた少なく とも1つの第2電気回路(15,16)と電気的に接続する装置であって、前記 第1電気回路(2,17)と前記第2電気回路(15,16)との間の電気的接 続が、導電性弾性体(4,18a−1,21,33)により少なくとも部分的に 行われることと、前記第2キャリヤ(7,29,36)が前記第1キャリヤ(1 4,28)に連結されていることと、前記第1キャリヤ(14,28)が前記第 2キャリヤ(7,29,36)に対し可動であることと、前記第1キャリヤ(1 4,28)が前記第2キャリヤ(7,29,36)から分離可能であることと、 前記第1電気回路(2,17)が前記第2電気回路(15,16)から電気的に 分離可能であることと、を特徴とする、前記装置。 2.前記第1キャリヤ(14,28)が、前記第2キャリヤ(7,29,36 )に対する少なくとも1つの第1位置であって、該第1位置においては前記第1 電気回路(2,17)と前記第2電気回路(15,16)との間に電気的接触が 実現されない、前記第1位置をとることと、前記第1キャリヤ(14,28)が 、前記第1電気回路(2,17)と前記第2電気回路(15,16)との間に電 気的接触が実現される、少なくとも1つの第2位置をとることと、を特徴とする 、請求項1に記載の装置。 3.前記第1キャリヤ(14,28)が、前記第1電気回路(2,17)に接 続された第1導電性表面(9,20a−1,24a−h,37a−m)を含む突 起部分(8,23,30,35)を備えていることと、前記第2キャリヤ(7, 29,36)が前記導電性弾性体(4,18a−1,21,33)を備えている ことと、前記弾性体(4,18a−1,21,33)が前記第2電気回路(15 ,16)に電気的に接続されていることと、前記第2位置にある前記第1キャリ ヤ(14,28)が、前記導電性表面(9,20a−1,24a−h,37a− m)を押圧して前記弾性体(4,18a−1,21,33)に接触させるため、 前記第1電気回路(2,17)と前記第2電気回路(15,16)との間に電気 的接続が実現されることと、を特徴とする、請求項2に記載の装置。 4.前記第2キャリヤ(7,29,36)が第2導電性表面(13)を含むこ とと、前記第2位置にある前記第1キャリヤ(14,28)が前記弾性体(4, 18a−1,21,33)を前記第2表面(13)に対し押圧することと、前記 第2表面が前記第2電気回路(15,16)に電気的に接続されていることと、 を特徴とする、請求項3に記載の装置。 5.前記第2キャリヤ(7,29,36)が支持体(25,34)を含むこと と、該支持体(25,34)が第2導電性表面(26a−m,38a−m)を含 むことと、前記第2位置にある前記第1キャリヤ(14,28)が前記弾性体( 4,18a−1,21,33)を前記第2導電性表面(26a−m,38a−m )に対し押圧することと、前記第2導電性表面(26a−m,38a−m)が前 記第2電気回路(15,16)に電気的に接続されていることと、を特徴とする 、請求項3に記載の装置。 6.前記第1キャリヤ(14,28)が、前記第2キャリヤ(7,29,36 )に対し軸(1)の回りに回転自在に可動であることを特徴とする、請求項1に 記載の装置。 7.前記第1電気回路(2,17)と前記第2電気回路(15,16)との間 の前記電気的接続が、前記導電性弾性体(4,18a−1,21,33)により 少なくとも部分的に行われることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。 8.前記第1電気回路(2,17)と前記第2電気回路(15,16)との間 の前記電気的接続が、前記第1表面(9,20a−1,24a−h,37a−m )を前記第2表面(13;26a−m,38a−m)に接続する前記弾性体(4 ,18a−1,21,33)上の距離よりも本質的に長いことを特徴とする、請 求項4に記載の装置。 9.前記弾性体(4,18a−1,21,33)が、加入成形された金線によ り導電能力を与えられていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。 10.前記弾性体(4,18a−1,21,33)が、加入成形された鉄線によ り導電能力を与えられていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。 11.前記第1キャリヤ(14,28)が、弾性把握を行う少なくとも1つのオ ープンリング(3)を含むことと、前記第2キャリヤ(7,29,36)が少な くとも1つの軸(1)を含むことと、前記第1キャリヤ(14,28)が、前記 軸(1)と協働する前記オープンリング(3)により前記第2キャリヤ(7,2 9)に連結されることと、を特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。 12.前記前記第1電気回路(2,17)が、マイクロホン、スピーカ、LCD 表示画面、キーボード、またはアンテナであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記 載の装置。 13.前記第2電気回路(15,16)が、移動電話機またはコンピュータユニ ットであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
