Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.第1の空気流から望ましくないガス分子を連続的に除去し、前記望ましく ないガス分子を第2空気流へ解放する装置であって、 各々が長手方向に伸びる開口部を備えた長手方向に伸びる溝を含む複数の芯繊 維と、 前記複数の芯繊維の溝内に配置された望ましくないガス分子と類似性を有する 液体と、 前記液体が前記望ましくないガス分子を吸収するように、前記第1の空気流を 複数の芯繊維の一部へ向ける手段と、を有し、 前記複数の芯繊維は、前記第1の空気流から、前記望ましくないガス分子を除 去し搬送する第2の空気流へ伸びるように配置されていることを特徴とする装置 。 2.前記第1の空気流及び前記第2の空気流が流れるハウジングと、 前記第2の空気流から前記第1の空気流を分離する前記ハウジング内に配置さ れた隔壁と、を備え、前記複数の芯繊維は、前記第1の空気流と前記第2の空気 流との間に間隔を設ける前記隔壁を通って伸びる請求項1に記載の装置。 3.前記除去すべきガス分子は、水である請求項2に記載の装置。 4.前記複数の繊維の各々は、ほぼ中空である請求項1に記載の装置。 5.空気流から臭いを除去する濾過装置であって、 第1の室及び第2の室を備えたハウジングと、 前記ハウジングの第1の室を通る空気流の空気流通路と、 前記ハウジング伸びる第1の室を通る空気流の空気流通路と、 前記空気流通路を途中でとめるために第1の室内に配置された複数のストラン ドを有する繊維性芯材料であって、前記複数のストランドの各々は、少なくとも 1つの半径方向の開口部を通して外面に接続された中空の内側領域を備えている 繊維性芯材料と、 前記複数のストランドの中空の内側領域に配置された液体を吸収する空気ボー ン蒸気であって、前記複数のストランドの半径方向の開口部を通して連通し、空 気流が前記第1の室を通る空気流通路に従う空気ボーン蒸気と、 前記第2の室に伸びる前記繊維性芯材料の部分を通過して前記吸収液体によっ て吸収された蒸気分子を除去するために前記ハウジングの前記第2の室を通って 流れるストリップ空気流と、を有する濾過装置。 6.請求項5に記載の濾過装置であって、前記流通路に沿って前記空気流を移 動する移動装置を備え、前記空気ボーン蒸気は、前記ストランドの半径方向開口 部を通過することによって前記ストランドの中空領域の前記空気ボーン蒸気吸収 液体に連通し、前記空気ボーン蒸気は、前記ストランドの外面に空気ボーン蒸気 を蓄積することなく、空気流から臭いを除去するために空気ボーン蒸気吸収液体 によって吸収され、その結果の空気流の移動は、前記繊維性芯材料が延長された 時間、使用した後であっても、本質的には影響されない濾過装置。 7.前記ストランドは、前記ハウジングの前記第1の室と前記第2の室との間 に伸びるように向いている複数のほぼ細長い繊維を有する請求項6に記載の濾過 装置。 8.前記ストランドの各々の半径方向の開口部は、前記ストランドの各々に支 持された前記蒸気吸収液体に作用する毛管作用が前記ストランドの前記中空の領 域から前記ストランドの外面に蒸気吸収液体が漏れることを防止するように形成 されている請求項6に記載の濾過装置。 9.前記ストランドの各々の半径方向開口部は、蒸気吸収液体が、毛管力が前 記ストランドの外面を濡らすことを防止するように空気流の臭い蒸気を吸収する ことができるように十分な面積を有する請求項8に記載の濾過装置。 10.第1のガス流から特定のガス分子を連続的に除去する方法であって、 a.除去すべき特定のタイプのガス分子の類似性を有する液体を選択し、 b.前記表面に沿って選択された液体を移動して前記個々の繊維の間の空間に 移動する選択液体を保持する機能を有する複数の芯繊維から形成されるマット上 へ選択された液体を配置し、 c.前記マットの一部を通って前記第1のガス流を流し、選択された液体が特 別のタイプのガス分子を吸収するようにし、 d.吸収され、選択された液体によって分配され、それを通って分配される特 定のタイプのガス分子が除去され、搬送するように、マットの異なる部分を通っ て第2のガス流をを向けることを特徴とする方法。 11.前記特定のタイプのガス分子は、水であり、第1のガス流及び第2のガ ス流は、空気である請求項10の方法。
