- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.第1布層と、 複数の第1ストランドと複数の第2ストランドとを交差してなるメッシュとを 含み、 該第1および第2ストランドは、接合圧力における軟化温度を有しており、前 記第1ストランドの少なくとも1つを前記軟化温度で前記接合圧力を加えること によって、前記第1布層に一体状に接合することを特徴とするラミネート構造体 。 2.布内表面を有する第1布層と、 複数の高分子第1ストランドと複数の高分子第2ストランドとを交差してなる メッシュとを含み、 前記第1ストランドは非弾性的であり、一方、前記第2ストランドは弾性的で あり、これら第1および第2ストランドは、接合圧力において異なった軟化温度 を有し、前記接合圧力において前記第1ストランドの前記軟化温度は前記第2ス トランドの前記軟化温度より低い温度であり、 前記メッシュは、前記第1ストランドのストランド密度が2ないし10本/c mで、前記第1ストランドの少なくとも1つのストランド断面積が0.0005 cm2ないし0.03cm2であり、前記第1ストランドのうちの少なくとも1 つは前記第1布層に一体状に接合され、前記第1ストランドのうちの少なくとも 1つはほぼ平坦な形状であることを特徴とするラミネート構造体。 3.布内表面を有する第1布層を準備する段階と、 接合圧力における第1軟化温度を有する複数の第1ストランドと複数の第2ス トランドとを交差させてなるメッシュを準備する段階と、 該メッシュを前記第1ストランドの前記第1軟化温度に加熱する段階と、 前記第1ストランドに接合圧力を加える段階と、 前記第1ストランドの少なくとも1つを前記第1布層に一体状に接合する段階 とを含むことを特徴とするラミネート構造体の製造方法。 4.前記接合圧力における前記第1および第2ストランドの軟化温度は異なって おり、前記第1ストランドの前記軟化温度は前記第2ストランドの前記軟化温度 より低い温度であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のラミネート構造体。 5.前記第1ストランドのうちの少なくとも1つはほぼ平坦な形状であることを 特徴とする請求項1記載のラミネート構造体。 6.前記布層は布内表面を有しており、前記第1ストランドのうちの少なくとも 1つは該布内表面とほぼ共平面的であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のラミネ ート構造体。 7.前記メッシュは1cm当たり2ないし10本の第1ストランドを有すること を特徴とする請求項1記載のラミネート構造体。 8.前記第1ストランドの少なくとも1つは、断面積が0.0005cm2ない し0.03cm2であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のラミネート構造体。 9.前記第1ストランドはストランド被覆率が50%であることを特徴とする請 求項1記載のラミネート構造体。 10.対応の第1ストランドおよび第2ストランドは所定のほぼ均一角度で交差 することを特徴とする請求項1記載のラミネート構造体。
