Description
縦モノフィラメントが径約0.3mmのポリエステルモノフィラメントで、横モノフィラメントが径約0.8mmのスチレン系エラストマーモノフィラメントよりなり、縦モノフィラメントと横モノフィラメントが格子状に配列してなる伸縮性ネット(コンウェッド社製、商品名「リバウンドネット 810345−006」)を準備した。この伸縮性ネットは、縦モノフィラメントの横方向における密度は8本/25mmであり、横モノフィラメントの縦方向における密度は4本/25mmであり、交点はスチレン系エラストマーモノフィラメントの熱可塑性を利用して熱融着されてなるものである。したがって、伸縮性ネットに形成されている各目の大きさは、概ね縦6mm×横2mmの大きさになっている。
長繊維ウェブの目付を10g/m2に変更したこと、及び短繊維ウェブをパラレルカード機で開繊及び集積する方法に変更したことの他は、実施例1と同一の方法で一方向伸縮性積層不織布を得た。この一方向伸縮性積層不織布は、実施例1で得られたものと同様の性能を持つものであるが、実施例1のものに比べて幅方向の伸縮性の程度が高かった。
実施例1で使用したポリエステル系サイドバイサイド型複合短繊維に代えて、繊度2.2デシテックスで繊維長51mmのポリエステル系芯鞘型複合短繊維(ユニチカ社製、品番「6080」)したこと、及び金網製コンベアーのメッシュを♯100メッシュに変更したの他は、実施例1と同一の方法で一方向伸縮性積層不織布を得た。この一方向伸縮性積層不織布は、実施例1で得られたものと同様の性能を持つものであるが、実施例1のものに比べて外観がより均質であった。
平均繊維長25mmの木綿繊維100質量%で短繊維ウェブを得た他は、実施例1と同一の方法で一方向伸縮性積層不織布を得た。この一方向伸縮性積層不織布は、実施例1で得られたものと同様の性能を持つものであるが、実施例1のものに比べて吸液性に優れているものであった。
Claims (12)
- 少なくとも幅方向に伸縮性を有する伸縮性ネットと、該幅方向と直交する方向に延伸熱可塑性長繊維が配列されてなる目付3〜15g/m 2 の長繊維ウェブとが貼合されてなる貼合シートの片面又は両面に、短繊維が集積されてなる短繊維ウェブを積層した後、該短繊維ウェブ側から高圧液体流を施して、該短繊維相互間及び該短繊維と該伸縮性ネットを交絡させることを特徴とする一方向伸縮性積層不織布の製造方法。
- 伸縮性ネットが、伸縮性を有する縦モノフィラメントと伸縮性を有する横モノフィラメントとを格子状に配列させたものである請求項1記載の一方向伸縮性積層不織布の製造方法。
- 伸縮性ネットが、非伸縮性の縦モノフィラメントと伸縮性を有する横モノフィラメントとを格子状に配列されたものである請求項1記載の一方向伸縮性積層不織布の製造方法。
- 伸縮性を有する横モノフィラメントが熱可塑性弾性樹脂よりなり、縦モノフィラメントと該横モノフィラメントの交点が該横モノフィラメントの熱可塑性によって融着せしめられている請求項2又は3記載の一方向伸縮性積層不織布の製造方法。
- 縦モノフィラメント及び横モノフィラメントの径が0.1〜2mmである請求項2乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の一方向伸縮性積層不織布の製造方法。
- 延伸熱可塑性長繊維が、延伸ポリエステル長繊維である請求項1記載の一方向伸縮性積層不織布の製造方法。
- 長繊維ウェブは厚みの薄いものであって、配列している延伸熱可塑性長繊維相互間が空隙となっている請求項1記載の一方向伸縮性積層不織布の製造方法。
- 長繊維ウェブの目付が3〜10g/m 2 である請求項7記載の一方向伸縮性積層不織布の製造方法。
- 貼合シートが、長繊維ウェブを構成している長繊維の熱可塑性によって貼合されてなる請求項1記載の一方向伸縮性積層不織布の製造方法。
- 貼合シートが、伸縮性を有する横フィラメントの熱可塑性によって貼合されてなる請求項4記載の一方向伸縮性積層不織布の製造方法。
- 短繊維ウェブが、ポリエステル短繊維とコットンとを混綿したものである請求項1記載の一方向伸縮性積層不織布の製造方法。
- 短繊維ウェブが、コットンのみからなるものである請求項1記載の一方向伸縮性積層不織布の製造方法。
