Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.スチリル変性アクリレートポリマー感圧接着剤ビーズ。 2.(a)炭素原子数1〜14で、平均炭素原子数が4〜12である非第三ア ルコールのアクリル酸エステルモノマーを約70〜約98重量部と; (b)極性モノマーを約0.05〜約15重量部と; (c)スチリル官能性モノマーを約0.1〜約10重量部と; (d)連鎖移動剤を約0.01〜約0.5重量部と; (e)フリーラジカル開始剤を約0.05〜約1.0重量部と; (f)必要に応じて、改質剤部分を約0.01〜約30重量部と を含み、 (a)と、(b)と、(c)の合計が100重量部であり; (d)と、(e)と、(f)が、各々独立に、モノマー含量100重量部に対し てである、 請求項1記載のビーズ。 3.成分(a)が、イソオクチルアクリレート、イソノニルアクリレート、ブ チルアクリレート、2−エチルヘキシルアクリレートおよびそれらの混合物から なる群から選択される、請求項2記載のビーズ。 4.成分(b)が、アクリル酸、メタクリル酸、アクリルアミド、置換アクリ ルアミドおよびそれらの混合物からなる群から選択される、請求項2記載のビー ズ。 5.成分(c)がスチレンである、請求項2記載のビーズ。 6.成分(d)が、イソオクチルチオグリコレートおよび四臭化炭素からなる 群から選択される、請求項2記載のビーズ。 7.成分(e)が、2,2−アゾ−ビス−(2,4−ジメチルペンタンニトリ ル)を含む、請求項2記載のビーズ。 8.必要に応じた成分(f)が存在し、反応性亜鉛塩、マクロマー、疎水性シ リカおよびそれらの混合物からなる群から選択される、請求項2記載のビーズ。 9.(a)イソオクチルアクリレートを約70〜約98重量部と; (b)メタクリル酸を約0.05〜約15重量部と; (c)スチリル官能性モノマーを約0.1〜約10重量部と; (d)イソオクチルチオグリコレートおよび四臭化炭素からなる群から選択 される連鎖移動剤を約0.01〜約0.5重量部と; (e)2,2−アゾ−ビス−(2,4−ジメチルペンタンニトリル)を含む フリーラジカル開始剤を約0.05〜約1.0重量部と; (f)必要に応じて、反応性亜鉛塩を約0.01〜約5重量部と を含み、 (a)と、(b)と、(c)がビーズのモノマーの100重量部であり; (d)と、(e)と、(f)が、各々独立に、モノマー含量100重量部に 対してである、 請求項1記載のビーズ。 10.スチリル官能性モノマーを約1〜約5重量部含む請求項2記載のビーズ 。 11.請求項1記載のビーズの水性懸濁水溶液。 12.成分(b)がメタクリル酸を含み、成分(f)が存在しない、請求項2 記載のビーズ。 13.請求項1記載のビーズから製造される感圧接着剤フィルム。 14.基材上に提供された請求項13記載の感圧接着剤フィルムを含むテープ 。 15.スチリル変性アクリレートポリマー感圧接着剤ビーズを提供するための 水性懸濁重合方法であって: (a)(i)炭素原子数1〜14で、平均炭素原子数が4〜12である非 第三アルコールのアクリル酸エステルモノマーを約70〜約98重量部と; (ii)極性モノマーを約0.05〜約15重量部と; (iii)スチリル官能性モノマーを約0.1〜約10重量部と; (iv)連鎖移動剤を約0.01〜約0.5重量部と; (v)フリーラジカル開始剤を約0.05〜約1.0重量部と を含み、 (i)と、(ii)と、(iii)の合計が100重量部であり; (iv)と(v)が、各々独立に、モノマー含量100重量部に対し てである、 モノマー含有プレミックスを製造するステップと; (b)前記モノマー含有プレミックスと、懸濁化剤を含有する水相を合わ せて、水中油型懸濁液を形成するステップと; (c)ポリマービーズの水性懸濁液が形成されるまで、前記懸濁液を攪拌 すると同時に、前記モノマーを重合させるステップと; (d)前記ビーズを回収するステップと を含み、 総モノマー含量100重量部に対して、合計0〜約30重量部の改質剤部 分を以下の相:水相;水中油型懸濁液;および/または重合の発熱反応が達成さ れた後のポリマービーズの水性懸濁液の1つ以上に添加する、 スチリル変性アクリレートポリマー感圧接着剤ビーズを提供するための水性懸濁 重合反応方法。 16.重合前、重合中、または重合後に塩基の添加をさらに含む請求項15記 載の方法。 17.メタクリル酸を含み、改質剤部分を必要としない、アクリレートポリマ ー感圧接着剤ビーズを提供するための水性懸濁重合方法であって、前記方法が: (a)(i)炭素原子数1〜14で、平均炭素原子数が4〜12である非 第三アルコールのアクリル酸エステルモノマーを約70〜約98重量部と; (ii)メタクリル酸を約0.05〜約15重量部と; (iii)スチリル官能性モノマーを約0.1〜約10重量部と; (iv)連鎖移動剤を約0.01〜約0.5重量部と; (v)フリーラジカル開始剤を約0.05〜約1.0重量部と を含み、 (i)と、(ii)と、(iii)の合計が100重量部であり; (iv)と(v)が、各々独立に、モノマー含量100重量部に対し てである、 モノマー含有プレミックスを製造するステップと; (b)前記モノマー含有プレミックスと、懸濁化剤を含有する水相を合わ せて、水中油型懸濁液を形成するステップと; (c)ポリマービーズの水性懸濁液が形成されるまで、前記懸濁液を攪拌 すると同時に、前記モノマーを重合させるステップと; (d)前記ビーズを回収するステップと を含む、メタクリル酸を含み、改質剤部分を必要としない、アクリレートポリマ ー感圧接着剤ビーズを提供するための水性懸濁重合方法。 18.重合前、重合中、または重合後に塩基の添加をさらに含む請求項17記 載の方法。
